Cal steam is a great go to for all your plumbing needs. They carry professional grade and have some Of the best service in the industry. I own and operate KC home services here in Santa Rosa and I know that between Greg, Matt and both Ryan's my parts will be ordered perfectly and that guiermo, and kevin will have all the parts on the order. Also Renee the receptionist is awesome. She can even take an over the phone order

Awesome customer service from Greg at CalSteam on multiple occasions. Most recently had a problem with a hot water heater under warranty and he totally took care of us....great follow through; excellent service; and they always have what you need. I highly recommend CalSteam, and Greg in particular.

Needed a part, Ace Hardware(don't carry),OSH(don't carry), Home Depot(don't carry), Cal Steam we can order it and have it here in 24 hours. Ulla knows her stuff. A little off the beaten track but they were great.
