This Burlington store has went down hill since another manager came in, this how the bathroom looks for weeks with no toilet paper, no hand soap, just dirty bathrooms. I have seen employees taking toilet paper when they need to use the restroom. With as many workers that are working they should be cleaning the bathroom once a day. This is just disgusting and sad how downhill this store is getting.

The HVAC is not working correctly. According to an employee, it's been that way for several months. I nearly passed out while waiting in line. I have no doubt that a co2 monitor would show unhealthy levels of carbon dioxide. Not only is excessive co2 detrimental, but the lack of ventilation contributes to the spread of respiratory illness. You are putting the public in danger, and I would wager you are in violation of OSHA regulations.

This stores hiring system is not good. I saw that they were hiring so I applied. I got an email saying that I would have an interview at 5. Went to the interview and was basically hired from the spot. I got an email saying to be there at 8 am Monday October 7th so I showed up, I texted the manager that I was there, only to be told by the manager that it was not the 7th and it was the 8th. He asked if I had gotten a text or a call saying this and I told him no. And after that he never responded back. The next day I didn’t show up. Who would show up to a job that won’t even text you back for something as important as hiring somebody. The next issue is that I go to Burlington regularly meaning I buy items from this store. Yesterday I walked in and they told me they were only excepting card. That was fine because we were only here to look around. I mainly wanted to look in the beauty isle to see if they had the thing I was wanting. When I was done I left the store to be stopped as one of the workers said something. I couldn’t exactly hear what he was saying, as I was outside and he was in the store. I questioned him by saying what? He came out of the store to meet me at the front of the doors telling me to not come back to the store. I didn’t understand so I asked why. He accused me of stealing a purse that wasn’t even on the shelf of when I had entered the store. What’s crazy is, I was wearing clothes I had bought from the store as well, are you going to accuse me of stealing those aswell? Like I said I shop here!! I’m going to be wearing and using the things that I buy! Not to mention the purse is like the size of a laptop how could you not see such a bulky item on a persons shoulder when your job is to quite literally welcome the customers in. He asked to look inside my purse as if it wasn’t enough for accusing me for stealing. Not even sure if I’m allowed back at this store but I definitely won’t be coming back and continue to be treated like this.

I found the store very organized and clean. The waiting time in line is around 20 minutes. The employees were very friendly when asking any questions. In the footwear area there was a lot of merchandise as seen in the video.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Today, I felt discriminated. Jesus, the loss prevention guy, stopped me and checked my whole bags but did not stop and check anyone else's bag. Tina, the manager, did not stop him either. All she was worried about was a hat that the cashier may have forgotten to scan.

Scheduled a phone interview and they didn’t even call. Called when the supposed interview was supposed to happen and they said they would call tomorrow. They didn’t. So called again and got told they weren’t hiring until Summer. This store doesn’t value other people or their time. What a slap in the face. Don’t shop here, find another place that will treat you with some respect.

This Burlington kind of sucks. Very small selection. I miss the one in Rohnert Park. I would always find something in the Rohnert Park Burlington. The one in Santa Rosa is kind of like a Ross.

One of the cleaner more neatly organized Burlington's I've been to. They still don't have their fitting rooms open. Covid restrictions are over get with it and open your fitting rooms already. 3 stars because of fitting rooms access hard to return clothes since can't try on and nearest store hour or more away.

I was at your store, trying to fit some clothes on I came in At 8 PM And you guys don’t close till 11 PM you guys closed early today I wanted to try some clothes on cause I just finally lost weight And I didn’t know what size was I wanted to use the fitting room To try on some clothes I asked one of the security guards to To open the door ? He refused I asked him for a manager, and the manager refused she says I can’t open the door. And that’s what she said I have no power and you’re the manager. wow, the shift manager does not have the power to open these doors I don’t know what’s going on they asked And they also asked me not to use cash Your prices are on the items The items you’re selling Items that require to be purchased with Debit card or credit or cash card So you’re telling me not to use cash, so are you gonna pay for my bank card fee $12.99 Next time I’m in there I’m gonna send them my bill Of 12.99 I never use my debit card To swipe And I also have another question here When I was in line, I witnessed a woman just who just paid And I see the theft handler guy take her bag and look through all of her stuff I was so Embarrassed that he went through her stuff She took out all of her bras and her underwear display them up and then I was like that’s embarrassing. I had to step out of line. It made me feel that I didn’t want to purchase anything I personally felt Discriminated Against me that I can’t use the fitting rooms at 9 PM when you guys aren’t closed yet and had the audacity to tell me to use cash to buy items That say a $ on it Didn’t make any sense
