I have been going here on and off for a few years, mainly because of the convenience of the location. I've had good experiences in the past, however, the inconsistency of the eyebrow threading is what I'm disappointed in. I had one more service left in my package, so I thought I would try one last time, safe to say, I will never return again. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I have to be honest. Despite having my eyebrows micro bladed (you literally just have to remove the hair OUTSIDE of the brow) Promila removed too much hair inside of the middle of my brows. I had even stopped her midway and told her I could feel the hair being removed where it shouldn't be, she continued and then did it again. It's almost as if she was purposely trying to remove extra hair. I'm so upset, literally dabbing my brows because they're in throbbing in pain and the shape is funky now the way she removed the hair. She was being rough, as if she was in a rush, to get back to her phone and watch videos as she was doing when I walked in. I pointed out once the service is over that she removed way too much hair, of which she said no she didn't. Um, there's literally a bald spot. Eyebrows are so important to some of us, and the person giving the service should have pride and care in what they do, ask what shape is preferred, take their time with the service, not just get it done in two minutes and not care if the shape gets messed up and are uneven. Like I said, I've gotten them done before where I had a good experience, but it shouldn't be a gamble if the same person will do a good job or not.

I would rate my service a -10 . I am in town for an important conference and wanted to thread my eyebrows . The woman asked if I wanted tint , I never tinted before but all the ladies eyebrows looked amazing ! I left looking like an angry anime character! DO NOT COME HERE! I went to Sephora after and the women felt so sorry for me . I then purchased items to hopefully fix it. I am so hurt and embarrassed. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!

Came in, they didn’t inform me i needed to sign in to get my brows done. My mom tried to ask them about brow henna, she fully ignored her as she was talking to some friend on the phone. I left with one eyebrow thin, the other one thicker. One arch higher, one bulkier, the front of my brows weren’t even clean, my whole right eyebrow (the thicker one) wasn’t even threaded properly, she didnt even clean it up properly. Whole thing was a 0, super upset with how my eyebrows came out, they don’t even look good.On top of that, by the end my eyebrows had some blood.

I have thinning eyebrows due to getting OLD. I love having them tinted to give that filled in look. The areas that were filled in were only half completed. The areas that have thinning hair and needed to be bulked up where completely threaded off to bald, and the tint was added and removed haphazardly leaving me all smudged. It was horrible, I looked like I was performing a comedic routine with my eyebrows. I now have less hair where I needed the tinting to fill in. It's SO bad.

This is my go-to spot for threading in Santa Rosa. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have always had a great face threading. The multi-session package is a great deal.
