I love this place mailed gifts for Christmas and there was no line like at the Post Office. Being a third party they do charge a little more but it's so worth it! They also have mailing items, and lots of gadgets. So nice also!!!

Better late than never...I had the need to move my father (with Alzheimer's) from Santa Rosa, CA, to Broomfield, CO, in April, 2022. The situation, while it didn't require a truck, did involve several large and potentially breakable pieces - including valuable clocks and other heavy contents. Talking with the store's friendly manager and staff, we were able to make arrangements to have the items packed and shipped at a reasonable price. The shipment arrived on schedule as promised. Unpacking each box revealed no damage and the obvious care that was put into preparation by the friendly staff from The Central Office. I'd sincerely like to thank everyone at the store. If you have a need to ship into or out of the Santa Rosa area, I highly recommend The Central Office.

The folks here are great! I've gone twice to ship stuff via FedEx and both times everyone was nice, helpful and made it really seamless! It smells wonderful in there too! It's so nice to have a ship center that's not across town or hard to get to. Totally recommend!

I recently moved to Santa Rosa and I am having a hard time only with FedEx locations. I brought in a package that was showing I could bring to Walgreens and I showed the woman the QR code, and she said they don't have a printer?! She told me to go to this place and I got there and the door was locked during regular business hours, as the guy was on an unscheduled break. Apparently they work by themselves and just choose to lock the door randomly WTH I'm sure that location is not too busy because you can't even find the sign unless you know it's there, so I had to wait for him to finish his break inside and then was told a second time that they do not do QR codes but if I had a barcode I could come back. I asked if I could pull up the barcode and he said yes but then it would be $3.50 because they would have to print it. I said how does the page of the barcode cost $3.50?? and then he proceeded to tell me there was an email charge etc. at which point I just walked out. Don't waste your time going here because this place isn't even up-to-date with QR codes and their charges are ridiculous. Plus you never know if the door will be locked or not apparently. Never going back.

Thank you for your reply, and, certainly, you will protect your employee. BUT there is no misinterpretation of the fact that she insultingly would not believe my interpretation of the letter to my daughter that the packages have not even been submitted BY DHL to Austrian CUSTOMS, because of information not included from the SHlPPER. If your staff does not understand what the documents should look like as packages enter the DHL chain to get to an overseas destination, there should be a warning to the customer. I -- and my daughter -- understand Duty Charges upon Customs clearance, BUT I believe that your staff person was wrong in treating me with such disrespect about the requirement to have receipts for "individual cans of cat food" . . . and homemade cookies?? No . . . There is an "origin" problem from Santa Rosa. It gets worse: The correspondence from DHL says it is going to charge us for "storage" per day after Dec. 22 if whatever they need (it's still a mystery!) is unsatisfactory!? (My daughter is out of Vienna until the 25th. The "express" delivery was for her Christmas.) I'm sorry . . . You can dismiss my complaint all you want, and not believe what the letter specifies. But I believe that you should be more than willing -- even empathetic! -- to be an advocate for a customer who trusted that her $500 "contract" with you -- to deliver through the company that authorizes you as an official parcel delivery service -- would be honored. If this is DHL's fault: Find a company representative to contact me. And/or have them explain to YOU and your staff what is meant when DHL is asking for: "order confirmation"; "Sender and recipient data," etc. And advocate for a client!

I've been coming here for years and they always offer fantastic service and very reasonable prices. The owner and all of the staff are super friendly and accommodating with all my packing and shipping needs... and the big puppy dog is like a little baby bear. And NO WAITING IN LINE unlike the post office!! Plus, they also offer photocopy, printing, passport photos, and document shredding services.

The staff is very friendly and they always get my projects done in a timely fashion. The owner Lester has this beautiful dog who is always friendly and loves to greet me when I come in. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to ship!

I went to TCO yesterday having not seen the prior reviews and I'm so glad I did not check Yelp first otherwise I would have missed out on the best service possible. It was so great, I felt compelled to post a positive review. Maybe message received by the business and behavior modified or I got lucky? Let's hope the former. Yesterday I needed a very last minute print job for a client meeting. I called ahead and spoke to Lester who said it was not a problem at all and he would have it ready for me within 40m. 20m later I received an email letting me know the job was completed. Incredible! Lester was friendly & professional at pick up. I literally could not ask for a better experience! Even his adorable dog came out and greeted me. I will definitely be back! If you had a bad experience, I'm so sorry. I get it & would feel that way too. But for those checking reviews before doing business with them, I hope you will consider giving them a chance. Lester was really fantastic.

I've used this businesses services many times over the years. Whoever is now in charge has let this staff become hostile and unfriendly. No chance of returning here with this ownership.

Today, 2/26/22, I went to ship a box at The Central Office, 4241 Montgomery Dr., Santa Rosa, CA. The new owners are the rudest people I have ever encountered in Santa Rosa businesses. The woman yelled at me in unprofessional way, really mean way, very prejudiced. Please go somewhere else that will show you respect and kindness.

I had a very bad experience here a few days ago. I don't want to go into detail, but they are overtly racist against Caucasians. They were also very unprofessional, outwardly lied about their capabilities, and simply were too lazy to do anything that day. It seemed as though their parents forced them to work that day, and they had a chip on their shoulders. Avoid this place at all costs! There are dozens of other shipping businesses to choose from...
