Shady insurance agents have nothing on this guy. I purchased a home that I had been renting and had renters insurance on. I called Brian Rickerson to cancel the renters insurance and was told it was done to find months later that he had not canceled the policy and continued charging my account. I am filing a violation report with the Department of Insurance and encourage anyone else dealing with this kind of shady tactic to do the same.

We have been State Farm customers for decades -- many decades. This is a company with a long history and strong basis to pay its claims. State Farm offers a wide variety of insurance products. The discounts from combining insurance offerings and length of policy coverages really add up. The agents are there to sell insurance, so it does pay to get to know what you need. In southwest Santa Rosa, this is a convenient location.
