Bret helped us sell our home, and gave us a lot of ideas to get it ready to market. The photographs really expressed the feel of the home. He had several open houses, and was very knowledgeable and familiar with all the aspects of our home that were great selling points. He worked well with the buyers agent, and brought us a great price for our home.Bret helped us in our search for a new home and we were unsure of where we wanted to settle. He showed us many different properties, and neighborhoods until we saw the one we just knew was right. He helped us through the entire process, regarding documents, and timelines for inspections. Our phone calls were always returned and our questions answered with a lot of background knowledge. Even though it is a stressful process, Bret made it as painless as possible.
