I loved this store and the staff was great. This is my daughter’s favorite store! We were going to Disney Land and wanted fun matching family shirts! They didn’t have our size so the staff recommended I order them online. I placed my order on 02/25 and have received no tracking or follow up. Called the 1800 number No Help. Emailed and got a response a week later saying they cancelled the order and just resent the items built I wouldn’t receive until AFTER my trip. When I requested a refund they said I had to wait and take the items to the store. No apology. No explanation. No concession. Too bad so sad. Horrible service. The people at their online could care less about not fulfilling a purchase or a commitment to the customers.

Box Lunch is awesome, if you love anything anime, this is the place to go inside of the Santa Rosa Plaza Mall, I end up spending so much money here when I visit the mall, it's dangerous!! Just last week I purchased 2 blind boxes of toki doki's (figures from Japan) and was excited to see what I had gotten! It was fun but the figures weren't what I wanted so I gave them to a friend, you can find anything here from Pokemon stuff to stuff from Naruto, etc etc. Drop in and enjoy! It's the best store in the mall.

My husband and I love coming here! It's always exciting shopping the store for new things to add to our collection. We can't say enough positive things about the store manager Kyle! He is such a great dude and best manager eva! He always comes to say hi to me and my husband and shows us new arrivals. Stuff like this keeps us coming back for more....like once a week, sometimes more. :D
