I am stuck in Europe and my phone doesn't work. Tried cancelling my account at SFO airport when leaving but was told the system was down. Now can't get their webpage to open.Problem solved, ?.Thank you Luis @ Boost.

Manuelo was awesome. Boost is not. My phone was stolen n the thieves are using it even did a device swap. Went in there for help porting and got help b but now I was told I still didn't get the port pin smh

Boost Mobile has the best deal ever! I was able to switch my prepaid phone to Boost Unlimited for $25 monthly plan with unlimited internet data. What a deal! And best of all, I got to keep my phone number the same. Tip: Get your account number and Porting PIN from your provider before going to the store so the process will be quicker. Boost is owned by Dish Network so they are here to stay.

This store has the worst services I have ever received. The manager was unable tpndona single thing for me I have never missed a payment in almost 4 years, the store manager was so rude to me an was unable to finda single payment I have made!!! Worst services EVER!!!

At 3:28 on 4/4/2021 my son was standing at the door to come in. He saw the employee in the store. She saw him. She locked the door in front of him with him standing there. Then walked away without a word. We knew they closed at 3:30 on Easter. I then called the store and asked why they closed early and would lock the door in front of a minor. Rosario responded... we didn't see him. He's 6'4 . How in tf can u miss him. And you cameras sure didn't miss you locking him out and closing the store early right in front of him. Then I asked for the manager and owners names to file a formal complaint with Boost Mobile. She refused. Then has to ask the other worker what name to give me (all while I'm on the phone. She finally said Jose. I asked Jose what? She said that's all the info I can give you. You can call boost mobile and complain. So I asked her.... You just closed and locked your store..... early... with a minor standing at the door walking in then lied and said you didn't see the 6'4 boy standing there....your refuse to give me your manager or owners name or contact info all cause you wanna leave work now... is that correct? She responded. I don't know what to tell you we're...closed now.... we called 15 minutes ahead of time to ensure they were open. Ans they still did this b******** Racist a** disrespectful Santa Rosa assholes. I bet if we were Mexican too and partaking in the Mexican festival in front of the store they woulda treated us different. Great job. Great way to treat your customers on Resurrection Sunday.

If I could honestly give this place 0 stars I definitely would. This place sells their products over priced. They take advantage of the community who have no access to transportation and have no option to go here. Besides all this, their customer service is horrible it seems like their staff have no knowledge of what they are supposed to do. Don't shop here if you don't want to be sold a product overpriced, I would recommend sticking to purchasing products online.
