This is a friendly place with great service. There is coffee available. These folks are very fair, They are interested in taking care of people in an honest fashion, and with a smile. They are efficient and hospitable. I could not ask for more. Michael and Nick are the best. This was my first visit, but not my last. A rare find-like a treasure!

I’ve been bringing my car here for several years now, actually this is my second car I’ve started bringing to them, I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else. As a woman I’ve always been weary about having to take my car in for service but Michael & Nick have made me feel so comfortable with the service I’ve received. There have been numerous occasions where I could have been taken advantage of but not by these guys, they have always been upfront and honest. Excellent service & prices.

Took my chevy tahoe in for an oil change and ac belt. Nick called me to let me know my upper control arm was so bad it was scaring him and he don't drive the Tahoe lol with all the repairs I needed done. I appreciate a Great company that WANTS to take care of their customers! I will Always go to BnC! I also took my car in and had some codes fixed. Nick took care of my Ford Fusion! I spent quite a bit of money there on both cars. Nick didn't charge me for some little things and trust me that helps a lot! I will recommend BnC auto to anyone I know. Affordable shop price. Gets the vehicle going in a timely manner! Thank you again Guys!

I went to the BNC on East Todd road for an oil change. I have no money to speak of so I told them I could only afford the oil change and would have to do the emissions next time. They changed my oil and when I got home I looked at the engine and they had repaired a leak on the top and also on the bottom. They never mentioned it and figured that I wouldn't notice. I did notice and thought that if anyone wants to find a truly honest mechanic, it would be there.

Very disappointed in the service and the mechanics there I take my car to get a oil change. Nothing was wrong with it and I ended up having to have it towed out of there because they stripped the plug. I've taken it to other shops and they have never caused damage to my vehicle and I ended up from a simple $95 oil change to a $800 bill and I pulled my vehicle out of there very unprofessional and there's only youngsters working there. I don't even think they've gone to AUTOMOTIVE school .
