Crash Champions on N. Dutton told our insurance company that our Nissan Leaf was totaled due to this dent in the right rear door (I was backed into at Trader Joe's). When I examined the estimate, I found that they had added more than $10K in charges for 71 hours of labor for "post-repair scan." When I first pointed out to them that this vehicle is obviously not totaled, the mechanic was quite dismissive. Only after we pointed out the irregularity to our insurance company did Crash Champions remove the phony costs from the estimate. After a week and a half, and no repairs, I finally have the car back from them. We are taking our car to a different shop. I recommend you do as well.

They did great work and were very friendly. There is some room for improvement in terms of communication. I was only updated once about my car over the course of a week, and the update was when it was ready for pickup.

My car was struck from behind while I was making a turn recently, and the other drivers insurance accepted liability. They sent me to Crash Champions. Not knowing what to expect, I was immediately set at ease by my service rep. She was very nice, customer oriented, and very knowledgeable in how to deal with this kind of situation. She explained very thoroughly the steps in the process and how long it would take. My car was finished the day she said it would be, and it was clean inside and out. I would recommend Crash Champions to a friend.

Josie, Matthew, Merle and ALL the guys at Crash Champions, THANK YOU for making the damage from a hit and run a distant memory. Cannot even tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Now I know who to call for any future body repairs on our vehicles!!
