With all these negative comments I see why the store was so empty when I went in, thought it was me that was the problem but by reading the reviews I feel better. Go somewhere else.

Today, 09/16/2023, at around 6:15pm, Male cashier charged tax for an EBT food purchase. You are not supposed to charge tax for food on EBT. Also, was rude and would not give my card back until after my code was put in and my charge went through.

I really like the morning staff they're really professional and friendly...Then make awesome sandwiches at great prices and they've got all kinds of cold drinks hard alcohol beers wines, milk soda pop.Cigarettes scratchers cigarsIt's next to the hook and a laundromat and a taqueria and pizza parlorLots of free parkingKayshla homeless around but they're harmless

Had a sandwich made was good but she didn't wear gloves I want gloves worn by food handlers seems obvious prices were very high too cost me $30.00 for 2 waters a sandwich 2 chocolate pies lil ones, and 2 ice creams , your basic convenient store I guess...:)

No stars. Just got the wrong change and when I questioned the cashier he just started yelling at me. It was less than a dime.....that didn't matter....his yelling at me disturbed me. At night the employees at Bill's look at you like you are dirt. They are so unfriendly. I'm never going back. What an awful experience.

The store owner won’t send me a video of someone hitting my car outside of this store.Store also has a bunch of homeless people and Panhandlers outside. All I need is the 1 min video where I get hit to give to the police and insurance but the owner is not to be bothered. Not shopping here anymore save ur money and go down the road to a Safeway for anything.

These people are downright thieves. They WILL overcharge you every single time, and they'll ring you very fast so you don't notice. Stole $5 from me which will be disputed on my card

I live down the street and come here to grab candies for my partner and I--recently i noticed that the price of candy changes each week. For example, Mambas will be $2.99 one day, and $1.99 the next. Extremely dishonest with their pricing. They type the price into the register instead of scan the bar code. I recently realized they've been scamming us with prices. Watch out y'all. If you can, avoid this place.

Unnecessary charge for using credit card. When use bills $20 or larger, insist on lesser denominations. Very particular! Otherwise convenient items.

This place is awful!! I just bought vodka in there 5/7/2022 at 7:50pm and the man in there is so very rude!! He made it seem like I was interrupting his quiet time. He actually had to stand up to ring me up. It was awful and there is another one in Cloverdale that is just as bad. They are on the while customers are in the store and are just as rude. I will never ever go into this market again

Terrible, terrible customer service, extremely rude, the man behind the counter was awful and acted like I had a lot of nerve coming in there to buy something because he had to get off his stool and do something. I will never go in there again
