Rude manager at the door. Called me out for my socioeconomic status as perceived by her. Told me I had to go leave my bags in my "shopping cart i left outside" Tried to explain that these two medium sized purses are just that, and that I don't feel safe leaving my valuables outside unattended due to the fact that I've been dealing with a lot of coli lately. She was very loud and stood in front of the door creating a very embarrassing and humiliating scene for me. I needed some low price items to help me make it thru the cold night tonight because yes I am currently unhoused but have to spend more somewhere else as

Well it's like a bargain basement type of goods. Nothing too expensive you might just come in for a blankets . Knick knacks some cheap electronic stuff some groceries that you might need just to pick up on the way home. Nothing fancy it's just what it is. Service is good no complaints. They have a little bit of everything

I was just absolutely shocked at the poor customer service and rudest managers I have encountered in my life! I asked the man if he could plug in a display to make sure it worked . The man said no. I was blown away. I walked back to the display and decided to ask and question him as to why. He said because it was a hassle. I was mad and said there was an extension cord he could plug it into and he said no because it was up high and he would have to go get a ladder. I said, And? He said , I'm not going to do that. I was shocked he blatantly said no, he wasn't going to do that. The woman with him was a manager too. She muttered something and I left.The Santa Rosa, can store on Mendocino Ave, has lost a couple people since Xmas, and now I know why!The store reeks negativity as soon as you walk in and is sloppy. The merchandising is poor and THEY DONT CARE!It shows. I will never go there again. They hate their jobs and the company is ok with that. They should be fired!
