Lyann and her staff did an excellent job on our kitchen countertops. They genuinely cared about doing a good job and their follow through was excellent.

Communication:
The communication was poor. They need to hire someone to keep things organized for them.
Installation Day:
The installation was messy and unprofessional. On the day they finally came to install, they cut the countertop in my driveway without using a vacuum or a tent. As a result, white, grainy dust was everywhere, including all over my neighbors' vehicles. I felt bad, so I paid for their car washes. To make matters worse, they hosed down the driveway with my hose, leaving a white residue on the driveway, sidewalk, and gutter.
Counter Quality:
The seams are terrible. The edge seams where they attach the bullnose to cover the cabinet edge are very visible. You would think with white countertops, they would use white epoxy, but they didn’t. Both the bullnose from the factory and their "in-house" modifications are clearly visible. If you're considering this company, do yourself a favor and find someone who can install it with a 45-degree cut for the bullnose, hiding the joint in the corner.
When I asked them to come back and take a look, they insisted it looked great—it doesn't. Now, I have a newly renovated kitchen with gray seams running along the leading edge of the countertop. Additionally, they didn’t properly measure a custom portion of the counter and assumed it was standard depth. I caught the mistake, but it led to more time, more modifications, and more visible edge seams due to mismatched epoxy. How about measuring properly the first time?
Conclusion:
Do yourself a favor and explore other options. Make sure to ask about the joints and which lines will be visible. I would have paid more to keep the lines out of sight. This situation took away from what could have been a beautiful kitchen.
Some might say, "It's hardly noticeable!" But I live with it and see it every day—it's noticeable!

Liyan was very helpful when choosing new floors and granite for our rental unit. She provided very pragmatic advice and also recommended ways for us to save on costs associated with our upgrades. I really appreciated her honesty and her partnership with our contractor.

This Establishment is absolutely one of the worse businesses I have ever used. The owner Liyan when writing an estimate, scribbles it on whatever scratch paper is in front her. and to get a copy of it is like pulling teeth. Not only is it on whatever she can find to write it on, but when asked about anything in detail, she then crosses out and scribbles on it more and you can't make head or tails what she has wrote down. And then she likes to change things in the middle of a job and states she didn't add that or this and now it's going to cost more. In addition she then will try threat tactics if you don't agree with her. Her communication with you is horrible to say the least. Then she sends out workers who speak absolutely no english and they are complete slobs making a mess without the proper Equipment. Lastly, I have found out the her business is not even licensed or are any of her workers to be doing any kind of the work that is required to be licensed. Stay away from this business, it is not a legitimate business to be doing any work in any home or business. I wouldn't even give it a one star, but you can't post this without at least a one star.

Our cabinets, countertops and flooring are gorgeous! Liyan, the owner with a quick mind and 20 years of expertise, helped us build a beautiful, high quality kitchen and bathroom vanity, at a very affordable price. We had a short timeline for a condo remodel, and she was super creative and responsive to our requests, and flexible with the installation dates. The installers were super skillful, including the countertops. We also enjoyed Liyan's kind heart, superhuman ability to juggle a high business load, and good humor. Thank you, Liyan, for making our first remodel experience so lovely and successful!

Very happy to work with Liyan and her team at Best Deal. She was responsive and helpful. When the distributor didn't have what we wanted, she worked with us to get something similar and in record time! Very satisfied with the service, the product, and the pricing!

If I could give a worse score, I would. I ordered a vinyl floor from Liyan which was supposed to arrive in 5 days. No communication and can't reach anyone in the store by phone. I show up and find out the order has been delayed and will be in later. I have to make another trip to pick it up (they don't have enough help to do that courtesy). Get home and find out they forgot to include the transition piece. Again, they insist that I come in and pick it up. (3rd trip). Once installed, I find out that Liyan miscalculated the sq ft per box and I was charged for 114 sq ft but only got 85 sq ft. I never want to do business with this establishment again.

I ordered a vinyl floor from "Best Deal". It was supposed to arrive 5 days later. I didn't hear anything after a week and was unable to reach anyone in the shop by phone. Drove in and found that the order hadn't come in yet but would be in later that day. At 11AM I called and found out the order was in. They would not deliver it. Went in and picked it up, came home. Later found out they forgot to include the transition piece. Called back and they had it in the shop but would not deliver. Made a third trip to pick it up. Then, when my contractor was finishing the job, I found out Liyan shorted me of an entire box of flooring because she miscalculated the square footage per box. (I paid for 114 sq feet but only got 85sq ft). I never want to do business with this shop again!

As their name implies, you won’t find cheaper stone anywhere else. But there’s a reason for this. They only sent two workers who didn’t speak a single word of English to our home to install quartzite countertops. They didn’t have any significant equipment to maneuver the slabs and they ended up cracking our cabinets when they dropped the stone. Between that and the inability to communicate with the workers it was an extremely frustrating and stressful situation. Furthermore it was impossible to select the right slabs at the shop because they never had enough workers to display the options so we just ended up going with a few that looked good from afar. The result is stone with lots of imperfections that if we bought from a more professional business we would have been able to see and select something better. If you can’t afford anything more than what they’re charging, this might be a good option all things considered. If you can, I’d advise you pay more and get a better quality stone and installation service.

You get what you pay for. As their name implies, you won't find cheaper stone anywhere else. But there are good reasons for this. They only sent two workers who didn't speak a single word of English to our home to install quartzite countertops. They didn't have any reliable equipment to maneuver the slabs and they ended up cracking one of our cabinets when they dropped the stone too hard. Between that and our inability to communicate with the workers it was an extremely frustrating and stressful situation. Additionally it was impossible to select the right slabs at the shop because they never had enough workers to display the options so we just ended up going with a few that looked good from afar. The result is stone with lots of imperfections that if we bought from a more professional business we would have been able to see and select something better. Ordered countertops for our kitchen remodel. During the ordering process lady was really friendly and helpful. Gave her all my measurements of my cabinets and explained what we wanted done. Everything was set up and they scheduled us for the following week for an install. The night before our install we received a call canceling due to them not having our materials. I was advised that they would get the product the following week and reschedule us for a new install date. Lady told me they would call to confirm the install date when they received the materials. Never received the call and I had to call them several times trying to get a day set for install. Finally received a call at the end of the day, confirming they would be at my house the next morning to start install. Super inconvenient with the short notice because I still needed to get some prep work done so the kitchen would be ready for them. On the day of the install worker told me that I had to move my farm sink out farther away from the wall. I told him I didn't want it out farther and he insisted it had to be moved. During the buying process the lady helping me, I assume is the owner looked at all my measurements and did not give me any indication that my sink was to close to the wall. I gave in and told him I would move it out a little but not as far as he wanted because we didn't like how far it was going to sit out. Another inconvenience because I now had to rush and get the sink moved so they could work. Once the install was complete I noticed the cut for my faucet was off center and the width of my peninsula was cut shorter then what was on my measurements. A big mistake because we have two hanging light fixtures and a wall cabinet that were placed and centered to the original measurements of the peninsula. When I brought this mistake up to the lady at the store she told me it was my fault that my measurements were wrong. I reminded her that my measurements were of my cabinets and I told her how wide I wanted my peninsula and she had advised me how wide I needed to cut the plywood for the peninsula to meet those measurements. She still refused to take any responsibility and told me it was my fault that I did not measure for the overhang of the countertop at the front of the cabinet. I explained to her that I had no idea what amount of overhang there is for the countertop and if I needed to add that to my measurements she should have explained that. Again she knew my measurements were from the front of my cabinets because we talked about how wide my cabinets were during the buying process. She again told me this was my mistake and it was not their fault. Was then told by her that she was taking off $84 to make me feel better. I advised her $84 dollars is not going to make me feel better, I would rather have the job done right. Surprise, I didn't get the job done right and I just have to deal with their mistake. FYI I have already spent the $84 dollars and going to have to spend a lot more to fix their mistakes. They are obviously a busy store and losing one customer is not going to hurt them. We had to work hard and save money for these counter tops. Not to get what we were looking forward to and payed for is a big deal for us. We can't just turn around and pay out more money to fix this. We just have to live with their mistake. Would love to get back to good customer service and taking pride in your company and the work you put out. Doesn't seem like that is out there very much anymore. Unfortunate! Look around for better service before you commit to this company.

Liyan and her team are absolutely amazing. They had great communication, customer service and quality of product. My wife and I are thrilled with the results and we can't wait to work with them again for future home projects.
