Amazing customer service. They were able to fit me in same day for a wheel changeover. 2nd time I have been there, will definately go back again for every tire issue we have.

I made an appointment. I let them know on three different occasions that I needed it done in a certain time. I gave them an extra hour and came back to pick up my car. They totally disregarded my appointment and didn't even start working on the car. No text or phone call as a warning that they would be working on it late. I will never be back

I had a tire puncture which caused the interior of the tire to be shreaded and non-repairable. I drove to Benjamin Tire becasue it was the closest tire repair shop, without doing any research and in an emergency situation. They put my spare tire on in a few hours, coordinated an easy pick up of my car, ordered a single tire that they had custom shaved down for me. (This was helping me avoid purchasing 4 new tires, as I have 4 wheel drive). The new tire was ready when quoted, and they made the repair the same day. The actual price was just under the quoted price. Maria coordinated the work and was very clear and helpful. I am very happy with the service, and will return when I need new tires.

Fantastic customer service! I called because my low tire pressure light came on, Wade answered the phone and he was so nice! He told me just to swing by to check it out. When I got there the front desk person knew that I was on the way and told me to pull in. There Wade was, ready to help me! He was super nice, fast and I was in my car the whole time! I will defiantly be back. Thank you Wade!

After taking my minivan here for a complete brake job, it developed a serious rattling sound immediately after leaving Benjamin Tire and Brake. I took it back 2 times to get the rattle fixed and they told me nothing was wrong, there was no rattle. After 6 months of dealing with the rattle it had become unbearable, and I took it to a different shop. They informed me that the pads had been installed incorrectly and were missing clips, which is why my van had been rattling. Now I need new calipers, rotors and pads. I would suggest not taking your car to Benjamin Tire and Brake for any brake work, unless you like paying for it twice.

Ive had good luck with BTB. I take both of my vehicles for tires and maintenance service. They are professional and courteous. I think we can all appreciate that given these strenuous times.

Really great people here! They did my rear brakes along with tire sensors at a very honest price in my opinion. Go here and be treated with respect instead of getting the runaround at a chain store.

The DMV gave me a work order to have a intoxalock installed in my car. After I had it done the DMV told me they made a mistake and I would have to have it uninstalled. Through setting up the appointments, having it done and then undone everyone in this shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely return to this establishment if I need tires or brakes. 5*

3 hour wait for an inspection I was told would take 30 mins. I even asked how long so I could go home if the wait was long. But they failed to communicate over and over. Left with missing studs on two tires. Broke/removed the studs before mentioning they didn't have replacement parts on hand or that it would be a danger to leave without. Left in worse condition than when arrived.. and no verbal or written info about my brake inspection upon leaving, even after calling and emailing, they have ignored my request. Worst shop experience ever.

I always used Benjamin in the past, but no more. I was charged $940 for brake shoes and drums for rear wheels. Mark up for parts was excessive, and $500 for labor was outrageous! And brakes now chatter, so will have to have it remedied by someone else. My expectation was much higher than what I received. Truly a disappointing experience. I can not recommend this shop for dependable service.

I had a flat tire and they took me in immediately and fixed everything quickly, with a smile and at a reasonable price -100% recommend to everyone. I will be back.
