I can still remember the very first day I ventured into this business looking for a battery because I had enough with the “other guys” and their poor service. If you’re sick of feeling like “just another number” you gotta give these guys a shot. Ever since that day, years ago, I’ve been an extremely loyal battery systems customer. I’ve been hooked on the consistent level of great service, quality products and an extremely knowledgeable staff. Mathias has helped me multiple times. I’ve dealt with other guys here as well but unfortunately I don’t remember their names, they also deserve recognition for being knowledgeable and very considerate. I’ve even sent my mom here who called me immediately raving about their level of service.Recently we had a dead battery instance due to leaving the radio on with the engine off. It’s really not fun in 2023, trying to find someone (a complete stranger) who is willing to help you jump your vehicle let alone look at you when you try to talk to them (these days especially) is a challenge. Sure we got AAA but the response time was over an hour and we had dinner plans. Eventually we figured it out and made the dinner but I knew it was time for a new battery. Sure we know AAA will come to our home and swap out our battery for convenience sake, but no. There wasn’t ever a question who I’m getting the battery from. I called ahead to make sure the battery for our year and model was in stock and sent the wife up. She was in and out she in a flash, and yes, she too called me after raving about the speed efficiency and friendliness of Mathias and his team.Thank you again, sincerely, Battery systems of Santa Rosa. You are exactly what I strive to be for my customers. Dependable when you need them, consistent with quality service, and competitive pricing.

First class operation! Have bought several batteries here. They stand behind their product and deliver excellent service. For example, I had an rare issue on a battery and they made it right immediately and with nothing but good will and a friendly attitude. They have earned a solid repeat customer in me!!

I've been getting batteries for my vehicles exclusively from these guys since 2019. I haven't had a single issue with any of them, they are extremely reliable and the guys in the shop are awesome. Highly highly recommend.

Awesome customer service! Have had on going issues with my Oem battery causing me stress. Manager went above and beyond to diagnose it and found a short. Did not have to replace my battery after all!? Ask for Mathias; he will treat you right!UPDATE!!! Been 2 years since I paid Mathias a visit at Battery Systems. I have a power hungry amplifier that drains the battery that I purchased from them with key off. Did not initially purchase the battery meant for my specific application since it was out of my budget at the time. He credited me full amount after 2 years of use thus enabling me to upgrade to a Deep Cycle AGM! Mathias goes above and beyond to make sure you leave completely satisfied. Just say Sal sent you!!

I ordered some special batteries from these guys and both the product and customer service was awesome, I had called many other companies searching for help in what I needed and no one was able to help me until I called these guy's, Mathias, is who I dealt with, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable with his products, he went out of his way and above and beyond to help me with my needs. If I could leave a higher rating I would. I wish all companies had guys like this. Thanks agin, greatly Appreciated.

We had an issue with a battery we purchased for our old Toyota Truck and Mathias helped us out with a new AWESOME battery. Thanks again Mathia's for all your help. I installed the new battery when we got home and it's working great. And thanks for the great advice on the battery when the truck isn't being driven. Great service,something out of the good old days. I called and asked about a rv/deep cycle battery, was given some choices and prices, I showed up there 20 min later and got my new battery.
