The owner of the studio (Natalie) is so kind and welcoming. My wife and I love getting our workout in on Saturday and then walking around the Farmers Market afterwards. Great location, great instructor, great energy!

Barre energy is is a wonderful place where you are able to push yourself physically in a caring, loving and fun environment. Lisa and Natalie are amazing. This place is truly the best.

About Barre Energy
Barre Energy is a Challenging, Effective, Safe and Fun, Full Body workout. In every class you will work each muscle group to exhaustion, resulting in muscle stamina and endurance. Classes target the arms, abdominals, thighs and glutes, we use different props to continuously challenge our bodies and engage our minds. We Finish with full body stretching, to lengthen our muscles & relax our minds.
