Reserved our unit online and Jay made the rest of the leasing process super simple and easy for my family and I. Jay showed us around and made sure we could access the gate as well as make sure we knew how to properly lock our unit before leaving. The customer service was amazing and the unit and environment were very clean. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family for their storage needs!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Barham Public Storage. The management team was not only kind but also extremely knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their easy-going approach and expertise in storage solutions were evident throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Barham Public Storage for anyone in need of reliable and friendly storage services.

The worst… they increase the cost of the storage on a monthly basis. They throw in additional random fees on a regular basis.not to mention the outrageous late charges . You’ll end up paying four times the amount of your monthly storage bill if you fall a month behind. The gate hours leave little time to access your belongings if you work. The office manager is a nice guy, but the owners something else~ greedy and compassion less. I do not recommend them. Watch out!!

It was great until Storage Pro took over. Then they raised my rent 4 times in the last year. Rent was $148, went to $167, to $177, then $199, then $214. Also made everyone purchase insurance which is not really insurance. It’s for piece of mind knowing someone is there watching your stuff. During the daytime anyway. Before Storage Pro the managers lived on site. Felt safe then. People (managers) were nice enough, just their business tactics seemed a little shady.

I had a unit with Barham almost ten years. In all that time I had no problems. If I was to rent a storage unit again I’d come back to Barham.
