So far so good. And at this point that's all I'm going to say because if you follow me you guys know my record with banks and my hatred toward the banking and financial industry. But a bank that I can walk into is 1000% better than an online bank,fo shizzle. All I can say is please don't screw me, BMO. Thanks in advance.

The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star is because there are a few nice tellers. But it truly deserves a 1 star. They never have enough tellers. Doing a simple deposit and getting change, can take 30- 45 minutes, just to get to the teller! It's extremely frustrating. They had this new guy there, jose is his name I think. He was extremely rude, loud, and never tried to help. I dread going here which I have to everyday for my work, I hope they read this and actually make changes.

This is the worst bank to go through!!!! Any branch in Rosa area is terrible! Sebastopol location is even worse! Never greeted when going in, always have only 1 teller and have to wait, always rude tellers. Closing my account, and Switching banks today, they will no longer have my families business!!

I am very sad that we have moved out of the state and will, consequently, have to leave Bank of the West. They have been a wonderful bank to do business with for many years and now in the end of our relationship, they have continued to go above and beyond to help transfer our funds and accounts to a new bank. I wish them all the best and hope this posting will bring many new accounts to them.

Best in the West!! I've been with them over 25 years and they are the least crooked of all of them!! Usually will reverse charges, the most fair bank around!

Ran to bank on 4th st to make important deposit and they closed!! At least they had updated their yelp to reflect the new hours. I raced across town because this one supposedly open... it's not. Update your hours please!!! So inconvenient. Unprofessional. Unacceptable.

I want to say that I am a business woman. Your finance department needs to respond to emails to companies that is trying to reach someone at your bank. Please respond to the emails so that we can get our work completed on our end. Thank you. If your busy, I understand, but you need to respond to emails.

Completely unprofessional, I have problems with each and every branch I've been in, they charge 7.50 to cash a check that's drafted by their own bank and it doesn't matter how big or small the check is, it's 7.50 to cash it, every 10 checks is 75 dollars out of my pocket because I refuse to open an account with Bank of the West, it's pure discrimination and strong arm tactics and I've never been treated with such disregard and disrespect for my time, my privacy was completely invaded because the teller there named Beatriz had to for some reason verify my payroll check and she got on the phone and spoke as loudly as she could about my personal financial situation and information that was very private to me. I was kept inside the bank for over 30 minutes and was patronized and completely embarrassed by at least 4 of the staff members there including the branch manager who asked me to not come back to his branch ever again and 8 did nothing but try to cash a check that was from the Bank of the West via my company that I work for and I complained about the 7.50 charge, for that I've been 86ed from the branch at the mall, I would never bank there if I was you guys, so rude and disrespectful
