This location always has massive lines. On average 10 plus people every time I come. This Sat nearly 20 people! No one managing the flow or asking questions to help move things along. Not the tellers fault, just bad management for the amount of folks this location has daily.

Thugs. I'm going to post his name as soon as I get back to get it. I've helped 2 young guys setup new accounts here. The guy in the office closets to the door has screwed those guys. Doing exactly what I ask him not to do with their accounts. Had to return each time and undo his heavy handed account setup. I think he gets paid on how he can force overdraft protection or repeat business by having customers return to fix his mess. I'm guessing his managers like it because he drives traffic into the branch which get them to open on Saturdays. Called yesterday they said just come down. Drove from guerneville to be told at 4:30. "Not today" asked for a manager and the thug playing reception said "he only works by appt. I'll make you an appointment". Told him Ik ew that and called. He shrugfed and said make an appointment. Again padding their workload to justify more employee hours. Thug Banking. They should both be fired. Hope someone from corporate sees this and looks closely at that branches customer repeat visits.More on these thugs. There was not one customer in the bank. 3 tellers, the thug receptionist, the thug in the last office next to the door and another guy in another office. Yet I needed the appointment I was told on the phone call I didn't need to makes because they werent busy. Don't bot a reply. I'm not contacting anyone except Wells Fargo. 3rd time is a systemic failure. You should have heard him bellow "if you ever take my picture again I'll (silent)" whine. Thug punk banker.

This Bank of America branch, unlike another one I visited yesterday in Petaluma, was able to fit in my unscheduled request for a wire. The couple people I dealt with here had the attitude of, "how can I help?" As opposed to trying to explain to you how you're supposed to have made an appointment blah blah blah. Will definitely come back here if I have to do in bank business!

MUST MAKE RESERVATIONS!!(not mentioned on website)REFUSED to give me a simple signature card to add to my name to husband's savings account? We live 30 minutes away (Calistoga) and BofA closed our community BofA.No empathy!He did offer a business card of associate to call next time.Are you Kidding?

I banked at B of A for over 30 years, after the pandemic started, I thought it was ran terribly. Just having the Montgomery Village and I believe the other branch on W Steele. I already had been thinking of leaving B of A and going to Redwood Credit. How unstable the finance business is now a days I just trust a local business like RCU. And it is great and I'm very happy I'm supporting a local business.

Briana was SUPER helpful setting up a checking account for my partner. He doesn’t speak English and we also had to come in late. She accommodated us perfectly and we are so excited.

I received excellent customer service from Matt. I went in to get a cashiers check because my 15-year-old dog was having surgery that I needed to pay for. Matt took care of me so quickly and was so pleasant to deal with. 09/26/2022

Why is this bank so slow, It feels like they do it on purpose. It’s annoying, like how stupid can the bankers be that they can’t count money. It’s not brain surgery. Slow Idiots only work here and why is their only ever one banker. That’s ridiculous, you have all these people in private offices but u don’t have enough at the front. Stupid. Just the worst functioning bank to exist.
