In the 20 min wait with only two people infront of me, I remember what it was like to bank at a smaller community bank that made you feel like your time is valuable. BIG WARNING IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH YOU MAY WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH.
Had a little conversation with Sandra I believe the manager from the looks of it I just irritated her from inquiring why there is only one teller helping customers only. Giving me the vibe this branch isn't to personable where you can openly ask questions. Might just avoid this branch for myself from now on.

Let’s just say that I am flabbergasted that, when I have thousands and thousands of dollars in this bank, they will not cash a $75 CASHIERS check that my sister signed over to me. My bet is they will accept my mobile deposit Because that way they can use my money for 24 hours before they tell me it’s actually available to me, in spite of the fact that I have thousands of dollars in their bank in multiple accounts and I’m a “ preferred customer“. They prefer that I not bring a signed-over check in to be cashed. if I could take all of my money out of this Bank, I would

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Staff is unhelpful and the new system they are trying is terrible. Avoid if possible!!!

Bad experience. Been going to this location for 3 years to cash my check no problems. Seems I was suspected of fraud for my bi monthly paycheck and would not cash it. Went to the RP location without issue.

If I could give this bank -- and in particular this branch -- NO STARS I would! This is the single worst bank I have ever dealt with. They have lousy hours -- 10-4 only -- and the worst customer service ever. They have only two tellers (often just one) and consistently have lines 20+ people long, while other employees sit in their cubicles. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Their ATMs are often unable to handle basic deposit and withdrawal transactions. The staff is poorly trained and immensely inflexible. They would not cash a state-issued check for me because it has both my and my husband's names on it, even though it was endorsed by him to me. He is 83 years old and bed-bound. Although he has been a personal and business customer with them for nearly 50 years, they insisted on him appearing in person! I have been a BofA Preferred Gold customer for 28 years, and I am so fed up I could spit. Instead, however, this last experience has put me over the edge, and together with my other lousy experiences here, I've decided to close my three accounts and take my banking elsewhere. STAY AWAY. Any other financial institution would be better than this.

Customer service is garbage.. managers offered no help only interested in appointments..auto change daily withdrawal limits on atm without notice.. nothing to assist besides we can make you an appointment or direct you to customer service #.. will most likely be removing funds and finding new establishment.. simple atm transaction turned into and hr of wasted time on my day off

This is my favorite Bank of America branch in Santa Rosa. Located on Sonoma Ave in Montgomery Village, it's not far from where I live and I never have trouble finding a place to park. I like to come here to make mortgage payments. A banker here was also able to restructure my mortgage to get a lower monthly payment. I lost my credit card awhile back and came to this branch for help. They canceled the card and had a new one sent out right away. The ATM machine outside is very convenient for when I need a cash withdrawal. Bank of America is a Global lnstitution helping people in their financial lives by providing connections to resources. "Life's better when we're connected."

I needed to change my last name on my account and card before my husband and I had to get stationed overseas. I started trying to get it fix in mid September and I was suppose to leave on December first. I’ve tried 4 times to get a new card and they never sent them and I finally had to call the 800 phone number and it got straightened out I had to expedite the new debt card and they still would not wave the fee even though it was there fault. I’ve never been so frustrated and their customer service is awful.

They deserve a 0. I have been dealing with customer service for months. No resolution. I have never dealt with this level of incompetence. I have talked to people in 5 states with no response to my efforts to close the account of a deceased disabled veteran. They have an endless range of new tasks for me to do. They appear to want me off of the phone as quickly as possible. And with no intention of solving a simple task. Some employees are simply rude. Althea from South Carolina tried to help and was nice. Fifteen months since the veteran passed away. No progress in sight. B of A has no respect or concern for their customers. I have sent in two notarized documents. Six death certificates. Six court documents installing me as administrator of the estate.

I know none of this will ever matter because it is B of A, but I would like to let it be known that their new thing is to have a teller come out into the line and ask what you are doing there. This seems to serve no purpose, as they ask this and do nothing afterwards. Seemingly, just to check if you are in the right place or not! When the teller approached me and asked what I was doing there I responded that I was there for a withdrawal. The teller responded..."from your EBT card?" I was mortified. I'm sorry...did you just assume I was on welfare? F*** this B of A and all their tellers. No, I am not on welfare, but will be moving all my money to Wells Fargo. Thank you for your assistance!!
