04/04/24They have such an incompetent woman, what happens is a change of title and it turns out that she made a mistake in my last name, now I have to wait 24 hours oh until the lady can cancel that procedure which according to what she couldn't and to finish I have to lose another day of my time and fuel expenses, I would like to know if there is any way to sue automex insurance to pay me for these expenses that it has caused me

Very unpunctual with the hours, they are never at the time they are supposed to be open and I had to wait for more than 40 minutes ..

Called this girl working here about my itin number which was was supposed to take up to 3 months to arrive in the mail but had and still is taking way longer (6 months), anyway I asked her what was going on and she says she doesn't know and that I would have to call the irs office. I haven't called because I came to these people and paid them to process this document.
