My car window didn’t roll down when pressing the down button. I went to this body shop and they fixed my window problem within the same day. I was really impressed by their speedy repair, very reasonable price and great customer service. Since I was self paying, they gave me a cash discount, which I didn’t see at other body shops. Highly recommend!

I have had two of my vehicles repaired at this shop and each time I get great service. Staff is very responsive, quick and easy to work with. Kelly communicated clearly and was on top of things. I was honestly surprised with the quick turnaround time for a quote and for repairs. Thanks John for the awesome service I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

John of J & J Autobody truly gets customer service. I had the unfortunate mishap with another "big" autobody shop just before the pandemic. My ford 150 Raptor was never really fixed properly from another local shop. John and his team specifically helped me with my insurance company, in identifying all the imperfections still on my truck. John and his team got to work right away, and updated me "before" I could ask for an update during the process. Huge "WOW." The customer service is top notch. Total repair time took about 3.5 weeks, and my truck looks better than IT it stock/OEM! The paint job, and craftsmanship of this work is top quality and attention to detail at its best. J & J Auto Body is great! They went above and beyond my rear bumper.They replaced my front turn signal and gave my front bumper love. Jen was kind enough to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. She kept me up to date during the repair. Thank you!High quality, professional, and prompt. My WRX looks like new!

One of my friends recommended that I reach out to Bryan at Auto Body & More. I wish I could rate this place 10 Stars. Bryan was amazing. From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and detailed on every piece of my truck. I had a severe amount of damage to the back of my truck after a rainy day spin out. Bryan talked through service options with my family and me. Originally, they were thinking full repairs would take about three weeks but my truck was done in just about a week and a half!

Brian and his team were amazing. I was rear ended and overwhelmed at how to navigate between the insurance company, the body shop and car rental. He helped me through the whole process going above and beyond and did a fabulous job on my car. My roommate came home and upon seeing my car in the driveway said it looked like a brand new car! We ended up taking both of our cars to Bryan. He pressed insurance to get the better-fitting OEM parts, and did a fantastic job--good structural as well as cosmetic work. We were very pleased about his work ethic and results!

I was involved in a minor vehicle accident and found myself in need of an honest auto body shop. Having just moved to the Santa Rosa area only a year prior, I had no idea where to find a good auto body mechanic. A day after the collision I was refereed to Brian at Auto Body and More. My decision to take my vehicle to Auto Body and More would prove to be very worth while. Brian was incredibly helpful through the entire process, from start to finish. Brian was an amazing advocate for me. He was able to repair my 2017 truck with all OEM parts, despite my insurance provider wanting to repair things with all aftermarket parts. Brian and his crew did an amazing job on the repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. I would recommend Auto Body and more to anyone looking for true, honest, and skilled work with great results.
