Altas pacers stand behind their work. I had a backyard project with pavers and artificial grass. During the last year I had some separation between the pacers. It was huge , at least a inch wide . I called and the staff was more than helpful. They scheduled a person to come out and fix the offset between the pavers. They had to schedule with my busy schedule but never stopped calling. The tech arrived was here easily for 3 hours in the hot sun . He removed all the pavers that separated , leveled the section and put them back evenly and perfectly. Dusted fresh filler inbetween the pacers and cleaned up like he was never there. Simply amazing. A 5 star company and staff for sure.

After loosing our house in the 2017 Tubbs fire, we were looking for an honest and reliable company to provide pavers and assist with our backyard. Junior and his team delivered a great project at a fair price. thank you. We will be calling them again when more work is needed.

Update: Since the review, the company reached out and they started the project on Aug 17th, the 3rd start date vs pushing it back until the 21st. Even though I appreciated Junior (the owner) reaching out to us and trying to make things right, I felt that I had to complain to get attention on my project. This isn't what a customer wants to do. We don't want to make a big stink just to get a company to adhere to a commitment they committed to. I can understand 1 delay due to material or personnel issues, but 3 delays are a bit excessive. By that time, you've lost the trust of the customer. We had continued issues with communicating with the company. Throughout the project, details were missed. I had to point out that the layout differed from the design, incorrect materials were sent, and the sub-contractors weren't effectively communicated to/with by the company. The quality of work by the sub-contractors were great. I am satisfied with the outcome of my pavement. I understand summers can be busy for the company and hope they better manage their customer relationships, sub-contractor relationships, and project management in the future for other clients. To the company's credit, Junior took a great interest to make up for the issues and it's why I upgraded my rating. He acknowledged our experience with his company and tried to make things right which did make us feel more valued as a customer than before.

We recently had our large patio redone with pavers. Luis Blanco and his hard working crew did an outstanding job! They were very conscientious of our safety by wearing masks, worked long hours and made sure that we were satisfied with the project. We are so happy with the results. JOB WELL DONE!! -Alice

Our backyard is now an oasis for us. We can finally use all our backyard space. The crews were so professional and detailed. Masks were worn and in constant communication to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Dave Jacobson creates such a beautiful design and Luis Blanco our project manager made it a reality. Both were such a pleasure to work with. I will be using them again when we do our driveway and front yard. Thank you again! We love it!

I'm updating my review because Atlas really redeemed themselves after my previous experience. I appreciate Junior reaching out to me after my original review and offering to make things right. The crew fixed the top step by the retaining wall and worked on the side yard and they did both in one day, beautifully and stress free! Adriano was a rock star (again) and I am seriously impressed with the level with which everyone was dedicated to doing a great job. I felt like they went above and beyond and I'm relieved that they cared enough about their customers to do such impressive work and in such little time. Thank you!

I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I have to give credit where it's due. Like most new homeowners with un-landscaped backyard, I was debating between Pavers vs. Concrete. At first, I was tempted to go with concrete because of the lower cost, but after getting several quotes from a few local companies, concrete is only 3-4k cheaper. Hence, I decided to go with Pavers for the softer/warmer looks, durability, and Belgard warranty (vs. cold concrete looks and cracks are to be expected in the long run). I had my designs roughly sketched out, but the question was, which company to hire? I've asked a few local companies and came across Atlas on Yelp. With only 3 Yelp reviews, I honestly was quite hesitant at first. But, after meeting with the senior designer Dave for an in-house consultation, I was onboard! Shout out to Dave and his crew - Dave is amazing, didn't hard-sale, worked with me on my designs and gave me a reasonable quote with a detailed timeline of the construction process. He took time to explain and do the measurements, and offered me design ideas and paver pattern, rock color/size selections. After I put down the $1000 deposit, it took about a month to get started because of rain and availability. The construction manager was on site during the first day to mark the grounds and kept me in the loop of what's happening. The entire yard took 1.5 weeks from start to finish. My backyard was just dirt before starting, and here's the look afterwards. Picking a lighter/warmer contemporary pavers definitely make the yard look bigger. I can be a bit OCD but I have to say, the pavers were meticulously cut, laid, and sloped so the water would drain to the right passage. The downsprouts were also ran underground to connect to the drainage system. I also wanted to note that the construction crew was very professional and did not play loud music to disturb my neighbors. They cleaned up the driveway and sidewalk after each working day. Overall, I'm very happy with the finished, landscaped yard, and could not have asked for a better company to work with. The entire process was much simpler than I thought, and the company handled all of the construction needs. If you are in Sonoma county and are looking for a landscaping company, give Atlas Pavers a shot and they will work with you on your designs and budget. Like the other yelp reviewers said, for the amount of work that the crew put into this, it's worth every penny!!

Professional, knowledgeable and talented. We had Dave come out and take a look at our small yard. He drew up the plans on the spot and had great suggestions to maximize our outdoor space. We had other bids but Dave and his team really knew their information. From beginning to end we were completely ecstatic about the work they have done. We will be suggesting them to all who have a need to create a great outdoor hardscape. Worth every penny!

This is an update to my last review. Daniel contacted me within moments of my last comments, apologized, offered to make amends and set up an appointment to meet. Junior, the owner of Atlas Pavers, and Daniel arrived for the meeting, reached out wanting to apologize and make amends for the blunders experienced during my job. Junior explained he looked at every job as at least a twenty-five year commitment (the warranty lasts that long), word of mouth was best form of advertising for the business, and, in his mind, once a job was started, the customer was part of the "family". Junior stated new procedures were in place to handle financing after what happened. To make it up to me, it was proposed Atlas would build a complimentary seating wall in the back (with my materials onsite and Atlas would provide the additional caps) and would cover my front yard with mulch after clearing and laying weed cloth. This was a very nice act of contrition. The owner coming out with Daniel and owning up to the company's errors and willing to do so much went a long way to rebuild customer confidence and was much appreciated. Miscommunications were discussed, why and how to prevent them. The meeting ended with the understanding Daniel would call with further details once a crew could be scheduled. Two days later, the doorbell rings early in the a.m.; it is the mulch delivery and a signature is needed. Somehow this job was bent on remaining blessed with communication issues. No one had called to tell me so no arrangements had been made to accomodate delivery. I called Daniel and Junior. Ended up with 4 yds of mulch left at curb. Daniel let me know work would begin on Monday (the holiday). That's good because I can plan accordingly. Crew shows up as scheduled and all is going well, but more mulch will be needed. Daniel was notified. Work stopped for the day. Mid week Daniel let me know mulch was ordered, but the color for the capstones had been discontinued and none could be found. We met to discuss other capstone colors which would work. This development changed the original timeline for completion; Daniel and I left with the understanding the crew would return after he found the capstones so they would only have to come out one time the following week to finish everything. We would talk on Monday, the 18th. Well, as I am about to head out this a.m., Sat., the 16th, about 9:30 the doorbell rings. It is the crew to do the work. Definitely catches me off-guard. Cesar tells me he needs the number for the caps at Lowes. I do not have a SKU for him. I did not expect them. I can tell by Cesar's demeanor he is following what he has been told to do and thought I knew. After calls to Junior and later with Daniel, it seems things changed yesterday afternoon and the one person who was not informed was me. I don't know what happened per se as stories do not match up. Bottom line, the apology job is done now, the crews do not have to fit the work in, it is done before Thanksgiving which Junior wanted, and I am happy with it. I would like to think Junior and Daniel did try whole-heartedly to make amends for which I am grateful. This effort goes a long way to customer satisfaction. I just hope, in the future, communication goes better for other customers as the 4th Street branch grows, and, what happened with this job is only "growing pains" of an expanding business and of becoming a cohesive management team. If the job doesn't go right, they do try to make it better. THE CREW ONSITE ROCKS! One thing I will say is no matter what the communication issues were, the craftsmen actually performing the work onsite met or exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship and problem-solving on the job site of the crews and the crew chiefs is amazing! The onsite craftsmen make this company for the customer. Would I use Atlas again? Bottom line, yes. The craftmen are awesome. And, Junior and Daniel earnestly wanted to make me a happy customer...in today's world, that is rare.

About a year ago I had Atlas Pavers help me with my small patio in my townhouse. Since family is growing we decided to move to a bigger home and came across a house that requires some outdoor fixings. Call Atlas team again and to my surprise they are opening a showroom in Santa Rosa and Carmen my designer is willing to travel to help me out. The family treatment and loyalty that they present is awesome. Want to be treated with respect and professionalism without breaking your bank account and have a good quality of work, Atlas is your team.
