“My experience at PBK was terrific. We walked in at 4:15 last Friday and was warmly greeted by the front desk. We were looking for 2 replacement parts (different brands and fixtures) that 2 plumbers had difficulty finding. A big shout out for Tracey Schafer... she researched both and was able to find them for us. One she was able to get covered by the manufacturer which was great as the plumber wanted to charge us $450 for the part. We will be adding a bath and bar in an upcoming project and we will definitely back for fixtures and appliances. Tracey was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. “I have been here a few times but admittedly I have not been persuaded to make any significant purchases. While they have a good variety tools, gadgets and appliances I feel the offerings are basic, not exclusive. I mean the carry a lot of Cuisinart products but little I would call higher end. Now I appreciate the Gagia espresso machines from Italy but that's about the most exotic thing they carry. I want to really sing their praises being a Santa Rosa institution and small biz, and there may be some things you cant find at a competitor, I just wish they were a little more gourmet.”

“Thanks for having the belt available for my dryer. I did check the price online it's the samething when you add S&H. But I got my part today. Only added 10 min total to my morning commute. Beats the hell out of Amazons 5-7 days to get it to me.”
“I stopped in with my non-functioning vacuum cleaner that I had tried to fix. The had device suddenly stopped suctioning, and the owner offered a free check on the issue (provided he didn't have to take it apart and do a detailed diagnostic...)
Long story short: he succeeded in getting the vacuum working after a short time, and the issue was something really simple that I hadn't figured out. He could have kept it and charged me for a complete servicing, and I would not have known the difference.
But he was both honest and kind. I really, really appreciated this approach, and will not hesitate to do business with them the next time I need a vacuum repair or decide to buy a refurbished machine.”
“I have purchased two appliances from Don over the last 3 years. One washer and one dryer. Both are still in my property and work great. I purchased them over the phone from him and I completely trust his judgment. He always picks up his phone on the first or second ring. We work out a reasonable price (I usually think it should be $10 cheaper though) and then he works the real magic.
Within a couple hours of me calling him he has the new unit put in in the old unit taken out.
Simply can't find this kind of old school service and white glove delivery anywhere anymore.

“We had a great experience at Teevax. We first went to the big box stores and knew more than the salesmen at those stores (if we even saw anyone!) . From the moment we walked into TeeVax Justin greeted us and was so helpful. He didn't feel like a typical salesman. He seemed very genuine and did not try to sell us unnecessary stuff or upgrades.
