I'll leave a edited review because there under new ownership but still can't give this company 5 stars. I still to this day am trying to come back from a voluntary repo I had to do on a vehicle I bought from here. May be new owners but if it's the same mechanics and salespeople it's no different they knew what they were selling.

I was looking for a truck and as I was looking around I was approached by the owner and he was very polite and truly interested in what my needs were and what I had in mind. He truly understood what I was looking for and what my budget was. He pointed out what turned out to be the best deal and vehicle that fit all my needs all while staying in my budget. Financing was easy and pain free. My next vehicle I ever get I will definitely put Legacy Auto Sales at the top of my list of places to stop. I definitely recommend checking them out. They also do DMV registration!!

I went in with my husband and 2 Youngest children Freddy was extremely kind ,helpful and understanding of my situation. My credit is not so good and have some bad repo issues in the past and he was able to get me approved for a nice suv . Went fast and was open to negotiation of a trade in . I had bought 1 other car from Legacy and went extremely smooth and so thankful I decided to go back under the New ownership Freddy is Awesome! Go to Legacy even with bad Credit they got you !!!

Worst place to any business the owner Freddy is shady. and they do not fix up there cars and put false narratives about the car. they sell lemons. stay far away from this joint. Unless you want to get scammed out of all your money.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Terrible scammers!!!!These people sell lemons and cars that break down within days. Then when you go there for them to at least fix it, they laugh in your face. Their cars look beautiful, almost line new, but beware they have serious problems. It's all a sham. They take your money and don't care. My daughter and her husband bought a beautiful car for $8900 and the transmission went in 3 days. It had over 40 things wrong on the diagnostics and they wouldn't even fix it. They just told them tough luck and laughed at them. The same day my daughter's best friend also bought a car from them and the transmission went within 2 days! Do not buy from these people! They are not up front about their vehicles. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!

BUYER BEWARE! This is absolutely the worst dealership you could buy a car from or have your car serviced. Not only are they not licensed to perform any type of automotive repair, they will also go at all costs to screw you over. I purchased a vehicle from them that not only needed over $2,000 in repair but also did not pass smog as it needed two new catalytic converters. I found this out as the owner Freddy came out right as I just finished signing the paperwork with Manager Katy. After the shop agreed to perform the repairs after I purchased the parts, they not only failed to install everything but took parts from my car and reinstalled my entire dash incorrectly. After this the owner agreed to purchase the vehicle back. When I brought the paperwork and car in, his business partner (who owned another dealership years ago that went under) told him not to do it and told me to f*** off. On a return visit to get photos of the lack of licensing in their establishment the business partner actually tried to threaten me with an office chair and yelled for me to get out. This business needs to once and for all be closed. Every time they get sued they switch owners. Never buy a vehicle from this company and if you choose to, be prepared to take them to court.

BEWARE‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ I wish there was a no star option. These people should be in jail. They are selling cars that are broken and unsafe. Ensuring you that they are all checked by professional mechanics with licenses, when in fact all their "mechanics", are unlicensed and legally can't really even work on their cars. They sold us a Mercedes' and the car broke down in the middle of an intersection with my baby in the backseat. I took the car to my mechanic and the car ran up with over 40 codes! 4 in the transmission! I went back and tried to reason with Freddy, one of the owners there, and he told me that it was not us his problem and to try taking it to some shop. He had no sympathy, he would not work with us, he did not care. We asked him if he would even look at it because we brought the car back less than a month of driving it and he laughed our face, he actually laughed in mine and my fiancés face. We paid for this car in cash! They are thieves! Times are incredibly tough right now and these people are scamming left and right with no remorse. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE‼‼‼‼

Literally worst service I've ever experience. All their cars looked dingy asf did not clean or detail anything in the inside looked like a frat boys own all the cars. I was planning on buying a car but got screwed over and I will be taking my service somewhere else, so many more better "dealerships" on Santa Rosa ave. It's also very unprofessional I test drove a jeep and the ride was horrible and they were trying to rip me off for paying 2,000 above asking price on edmunds....ummm no I wasn't born yesterday. Just don't waste your time or money here, I lost my faith in humanity at the dealership.

Katie was absolutely amazing I expressed my concerns with my vehicle and it's registration and she was able to come up with a solution very quickly and effortlessly. Absolute godsend among all this chaos, really appreciated her work and her professionalism. 10 out of 10 would recommend her anytime

I came here so I wouldn't have to go to the DMV to pay my registration and I will be coming here from now on! I paid my car registration within a few minutes of walking in the door. Beats having to go to the DMV! this place is awesome, and they gave me $10 off with the coupon I presented to them (found on yelp) They charge you a fee for using there services but I totally thought it was worth it. I think mine was like $19 or something but not too much.

Do not go to the place very unprofessional and they waist your time with lies. Especially the sales person Alisha...I explained my situation to her and that I did not want to come down and waist time because I lived in a whole other city an hour away. And she assured me they would Get me in a car. When I got there she acted like she didn't remember anything I told her! Then asked for money down when she said told me what I had down would be perfect. Waisted my time was not respectable of my time at all. Did not work the deal out that she said she as gonna do. Very slow and very rude. I do not recommend this place it's sucks and so does Alisha she is a big liar!
