I have been using AIM mail center in Santa Rosa for almost 10 years. Very happily. They are now under new management as of this month/ a week ago and I'm not impressed with the service based on the following interaction. I will stay only as long as my next billing cycle... which brings me to the following story. And then I will go somewhere else. I am now in and out of town and so check mail periodically or have it sent to a different location. I am in town this week and so yesterday I went there to pick up my mail and the woman at the front- the new owner- told me that she had no record of me paying for my box and so she closed it. I said, I paid it over the phone not long ago (to the previous manager.) she said " I will give you your mail when you show me proof that you paid." I said, "can I at least the get the mail I have now?" She said no. But that she would once I showed proof. So I went back to where I was staying and took a capture of my bank statement showing that I paid. And went back again today and told a different woman behind the desk that I had the "proof" of payment for the box they erroneously closed. She was very nice but told me she is not an owner but that I can email her a copy of the capture and send it to the manager to get her approval before they can release my mail to me. I did finally get my mail after 20 minutes of waiting and I am told that my box will be reopened. But my one star review has to do with poor customer service. I run a business also. If a (long time) customer to a business you just bought says "I did pay that bill, can you give me my mail" the correct response is "yes, here is your mail but I'll need to hold any future mail until you can give me a receipt for payment since I don't see it in my system. " that would have been a fair and reasonable response. Not "go pound sand. I don't see payment. Prove it." There is no excuse for poor customer service. Especially bad if you just bought the business. Best to win over long time clients - not turn them off.

They used out of date or incorrect paperwork to notarize my passport, because of this it then was rejected by the secretary of state. I had a deadline so this really sucked!

Crystal, an employee at Aim greeted me with a friendly smile and welcome immediately upon my entering the store and offered her assistance. She took care of all my needs in a timely manner and even offered helpful solutions to my questions. My customer experience was stellar and I highly recomend.

Crystal the woman working here was so kind and patient with every customer. She even flagged down the mail man to come back just so he could collect our package before we finished paying. A genuine display of human compassion. Thanks Crystal

This is a great local shop and super helpful. I have been here a few times for notary, printing and passport photos. One night before I was leaving on vacation and needed a notary I called and asked if they would stay open 5 mi ties for me and they agreed. It probably made the difference in me being able to refinance. I would have never thought to ask a big chain so this is my go to!

Wow hands down the most impatient person I have ever dealt with. If you can't handle shipping peoples things and handling customers questions without a poor attitude. Quit your job. How would we ever know you don't give reciptes in 10 years,? I have always received something showing I sent my package to show proof . If you ship UPS why can't you do amazon UPS returns. Can't scan ? .upgrade needed or post a sign can't return amazon packages. God help you during holidays work on your attitude more reviews like this could happen.

Every time I come into this store there's a nasty man behind the counter. He has a bad attitude and he's quite rude!! if it wasn't for his wife or the lady that works with him I would never go there, but I'm done, today was the last straw. Today we actually spoke some words I said I would never be back he said good. The man does not care about his customers. He actually said to me, "why should I help you"I responded with.... I'm not good with email!! ( and I know that he could scan my phone he's done it for me )and I've paid him for it. Just don't go there, go anywhere else.

Went in to get a couple color copies and (I'm assuming it was the owner) the worker was struggling getting the printer to work. He was multitasking like a madman but still attentive to getting my work done. He politely asked if I could return later for my copies. When I returned the prints were made and he was very kind. Great Customer Service ?

This is the best place to mail packages. I was struggling with technology and they helped me open up the right email and got my package mailed. So kind and thoughtful. Great cards too. Woohoo
