Not a good experiance at all, I took my cat in to get his paw checked out, ended up paying $606 after all was said and done,I thought it was a bit excessive, feeling ripped off,and they did not ask my permission to do most of the stuff they did on my cat,not happy at all felt like the Dr. Took advantage of me, would not recommend this place,and further more they charged me for alcohol wipes I never used, and pain killer I never used,and like I said before they charged me for a lot of shots I didn't ok, I hope none of you go back to this place it's no longer affordable I suggest the vet by Costco which is where I will go from now on $606 to get my cat's paw checked out, fricken ridiculous!!!!!! I feel like I should get atheist half my money back!!!!!!

Called Tuesday got in on Thursday for vaccines needed for kenneling. No issues, everything went smoothly. Office visit was $50 compared to $70 at my other vet.

Five stars customer service experience since the moment I called to make an appointment, I was treated with kindness. My pet was treated with love, we definitely had the best veterinarian and customer service experience, staff is very professional and gave us options. Five plus stars, You guys are awesome!!!!

They used to be named Affordable Veterinarian and they held that name for many many many years. I can see why they change their name. They are no longer affordable. I went into ther office to establish my dog is a new patient so that I could refill her prescription that she had from her prior veterinarian. They brought me a list of services that they wanted to perform on my dog including bloodwork and flea medication, which I mentioned at least three times that she's highly allergic to. The estimate was 800! After reading other comments, I feel like there is a common denominator when it comes to these estimates. They also wanted me to purchase medications in their office which is $30 more than what I was previously paying. The dog I had prior to this one who passed away many years ago was brought to the same place back when it was still called Affordable Veterinary. They wanted to perform surgery on my dog, even though I had done my homework and found that there was a non-invasive, nonsurgical way of fixing the problem. After performing the non invasive non surgical steps that were needed to be done my dogs problem went away. I will never go back to this vet regardless if they're called affordable or not.

If you're considering the 'affordable animal clinic' for your pet, our two cats have been long-term clients. Recently, I purchased Drontal dewormer, 4 pills for 2 cats which totaled $216. Shockingly, I found out today that the dewormer they charged me $216 for costs just $5.99 per tablet on Chewy--$23.96 for 4 tablets, a tenfold difference. When I contacted them about this discrepancy, their responses were evasive, and despite requesting a refund, they refused. I strongly advise avoiding this business due to its unethical pricing practices. They've certainly mastered how to lose a customer in one invoice.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. MJ the receptionist was so nice she got me in soon kept calling me with closer times and dates. I really appreciate that MJ as I too am a receptionist. The Vet Dr I seen was so nice and helped me with my concerns for my 13 yr old dog. I walked out there with every info I needed. All the staff was so nice to me and my dog. That's why I love coming back!

Horrible customer service- employee "emjay" will speak over you then call you verbally abusive and hang up on you and they don't respond to voicemails also told a manger will call you and never does

In an emergency I drove a friend and her pup here. It was an open and took her and her pup which earns them 3 stars but the title Affordable is a misnomer if not downright misleading. What they charged matched the going rate not more expensive but not even slightly cheaper than a handful of other local practices. They lack amenities and the overall appearance and vibe was dingy maybe dirty and the staff and particularly the vet seemed competent and thoughtful but potentially very overtired and overworked. If you have no where else go here they are capable but it's not a deal and not exactly a value. Oh and try to be kind to whomever you get. It kind of seemed like they were getting both ways from management and from clients :(

If I could leave no stars I would. I made appointment for my cat to be seen because she had fleas and I know if she had fleas she should be dewormed. So nobody will just allow you to get a dewormer without being seen first. Made the appointment waited for 40 mins to be seen for a 15 mins check up for them to give me a vile to go home an collect a sample of her poop and bring it back. Told me that they don't know where I heard that because she had fleas that she has worms. I told them to check the internet it states that all over. Did not give me the dewormer instead gave me an estimate for over $1000 for blood work etc. So now I'm supposed to pay for another vet appointment when I had a hard time getting the money for this one. Anyways I feel that these people are doing what they can to get as much money out of their customers as possible. Another wasted time off work an money for them to not even solve the problem.

Double charged and nothing done to help with a simple skin allergy on my dog. Had better luck with my own research and finding the medication at PetSmart for a fraction of the cost. Not affordable and definitely not worth going there. Just greedy and not very knowledgeable.
