Jim and Robin of Action Auction are great to deal with. Honest, trustworthy and professional. Bought a little VW Bug a few years back for my niece, great condition and low mileage. My niece got my folks old car, so I kept the bug. Excellent car. Will be going to them soon to find a little. Commuter car, as I know I can trust them. Highly recommend them

This place sold me a vehicle and we both signed the final paperwork and-then later on said they had to charge me taxes they never sent me my pink slip and tags in the mail like they said they would I’m a mother of 5 children and I’m homeless I paid 5,000.00 for a vehicle with problems how do you feel getting over on a mother of 5 kids!!!!

This used car dealer is a rip off and personifies the used car dealer reputation. She sold an 'as is' car to a novice buyer who did not understand that an 'as is' vehicle could be a lot more than a scratch or worn tires. This after telling her the car was in good shape and a bargain at 9k or 50% more than the blue book value for the vehicle at an 'as is' price. Meanwhile it was discovered the car had been in an accident and required major frame and engine work.

Objectively dishonest salesmen, they will tell you "these cars are in perfect condition" and you might wonder why are the prices so low? Because they sell beat, scrap cars with issues that they get from dealerships that won't sell them because they have an ounce of integrity, unlike these people.

When arriving owner came out with a great personality and good Vibes as well as her husband the other owner who took time to talk with us as well very efficient and on the ball paper work done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone I know.???
