They sell decent equipment but when their salesman explained that most non white people are mostly worthless I left the dealership. For me, it is always more impotant to look at the integrity of the company and then the equipment.

I run a copier business where my warehouse does not have space for a forklift. We get large palette deliveries, usually on liftgate trucks. Sometimes a delivery comes in where they forgot to check 'liftgate required'. Well, that's exactly what happened today, with a full truck having driven from Los Angeles, he could not turn back. Pat @ Accurate Forklift had a forklift delivered to my warehouse in FORTY FIVE minute's notice and absolutely, without a doubt saved the day and my company thousands of dollars. I can't speak that this is the norm' for Accurate, but was my first experience with Accurate today and it couldn't have gone better. I heard no grumblings from Pat regarding short notice, can't be there until tomorrow, etc. - Just friendly can-do attitude, and in my opinion; relatively immediate service. Superb.

We have been a customer of Accurate for many years. Their service is without peer and we would recommend them with no reservations. For example: We called today with a flat tire. They were here within 20 minutes and we were back on our forklift in no time. They don't push the upsell and when we tried to purchase expensive tires they talked us out of it because they didn't suit our needs. They could have made the sale but that's no who they are. We are happy to know them and will use them until we no longer can.

They sold us a pallet jack that doesn't work for standard size pallets (40"x48") and actually breaks boards off the bottom of them. So you ruined your pallet and you can't move it. They weren't willing to admit their mistake or take it back. The salesperson did admit later that he didn't know that would happen. They are a forklift store. Literally pallets are all they do and they should know. Things like this happen and we understand but customer service gets a 1 out of 5 from our perspective.

The staff here are very knowledgeable. Bobby and Joe know what's up. The office staff is very friendly.
