AAA still amazing all these years later. BEST roadside service plan - you can give help to friends/family (not even on your plan) if they break down and be the hero ? JD at the Farmer Lane's location in Member Experience is wonderful.

I arrived early to buy didneyland tickets in person. I was baffled when folks started lining up at 8:30 am when the office opened at 9 until I remembered the DMV services. Since that was not what I was there for, I stayed in my car until just before they opened. Turns out the folks that do DMV services also do the Disney tickets? The greeter who informed me of this acted like it was the most logical thing in the world and when I suggested they consider adding this information to their website so people could prepare (as I would have been first in line that morning had I known such a thing was necessary) she got an attitude with me like I was being unreasonable for making a suggestion. I was so annoyed I walked out. Not at all the service I was expecting. I'm going to have to go back to get my business completed, but I wanted to post so others are aware and have a better experience.

I love getting a call from a AAA employee on an incident to get more information but all they really do is threaten you and try to get you to say something so they can just put you at fault. It's amazing! Great customer service

Went to get a car transferred to me from a friend. Fast, friendly service. Knowledgeable employees. I got a parking space right by the entrance.It was difficult to get into the parking lot, which required a u-turn at a busy intersection. So
all in all, good service in a nice, clean, comfortable office in a poor location.

I was getting my car registration taken care of there and the women behind the counter who helped me were wonderful. It was done quickly and without any issues. Beats going to the the DMV hands down any day of the week!
