This is the worst gas station in Santa Rosa…but what do you expect from 711?? Staff are slow, and half a f them don’t even understand you or aren’t even able to speak English…this whole thing should get closed up due to racial profiling when it comes to hires..

Kinda sucks that they lie about their bathrooms being broken. I've been there a few times to get gas and snacks. I had to use the bathroom really bad but they say the bathroom is broken, but I was there a month ago and the employee told me to use it and I was like but there is a sign saying it is broken, they looked at me and shrugged. Kinda dishonest and lazy if you ask me. So I didn't buy anything from this location and went next door and spent my money at Starbucks and they let me use the bathroom so I was grateful for them. There's a lesson in this for 7-11.

Every time I try to stop for gas here, the card reader refuses to read any card that I use! I don't have time to go inside and pay therefore I will not go here for gas anymore. It's stupid.

Stopped at the 7-Eleven tonight. Use my ID to buy cigarettes left it on the counter and they claim that they don’t have my ID I would never shop here again and I’m hearing for other people have had their IDs misplace from the people that work at the store to.

I frequent this 7-Eleven for gas and other items. They public restrooms that are ALWAYS out of order. How can this be? I have been given many excuses such as Out of Order, the Key is Lost. This is not a good image for the popular chain. It's so annoying!

Gas pumps were running extremely slow. They would not let me use the restroom while I waited 10 minutes for my $35 prepaid gas to finish pumping. Don't stop here.
