I had such a wonderful experience with this Sutter Lab!Christine is so very thoughtful, respectful, helpful and provides such excellent patient care! She goes out of her way to accommodate and be of help, all while saying, "This is my job." She does her job and then some. I am so appreciative to Christine and all the staff for whom I came across at this lab on Hoen.The front desk staff are also wonderful! This lab has a much more personal feel than other labs. Great experience!

Usually this lab is pleasant to go to. Conveniently located, plenty of parking and rarely a wait if more than 10 minutes.
I've used it several times and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. That said, on my most recent visit there was someone I'd not seen before at the front desk. She was neither friendly or polite. Barked out orders like she was a drill sergeant, without even looking up at the patient in front of her... Well excuse me for interrupting you to do your job!
I'll probably go back due to do the positive prior experiences I've had some this site, but one more encounter like that one and I'll go elsewhere.
