“Dr. Watson came to our home and helped us say goodbye to our family pet, twice. Her compassion, professionalism and strength helped us say goodbye in a very loving way. We strongly recommend that if you have to make this decision for your pet, it’s so much easier to have someone come to your home, where they feel safe and comfortable instead of taking your pet to a cold sterile environment.
Both times, our dogs were in our arms, in front of the fire place with pieces of steak in hand. It’s done quickly and with dignity. Dr Watson was so kind to us. She then took the dogs with her. We had the option to have their ashes if we wanted them.
We now have 2 dogs again. And when the time comes, we wouldn’t hesitate about who to reach out to. It would be Dr Watson.”

“Amazing! My family has been going here for many years with multiple pets, but the latest visit for my kitty’s dental cleaning compelled me to leave a review.
First, the costs were very affordable for high-quality care.
Second, the staff is SO helpful and compassionate. They were great with my wiggly cat, and everyone, front staff and Dr. Holly, was very responsive to my questions and anxieties about the procedure.
Third, her teeth look great. The care she received from start to finish was top notch.
We brought our first pet in because this was the closest vet to us at the time. Since moving over an hour away, I will continue to bring my current cat to Lakemont Vet. Thank you so much for all that you do for your patients and their owners!!!”

“We switched to Animal Clinic of the Oaks because other vets were either too expensive, to crowded or their service was lacking. This clinic has very reasonable prices for medical treatment and vaccinations, and they offer 20% discounts on vaccinations during some weeks of the year. They notify you in advance via email.
This vet is very experienced and compassionate, and the front office staff are friendly. You can't go wrong here.”

She did an emergency mastectomy of 3 teets on my 16-year-old cat with a stage 3 heart murmur and did such an excellent job. She recovered very fast with no complications. “i had my snake aquamated through moorpark vet, and all of the staff were incredibly accomodating and caring throughout the entire process. responses and callbacks were fast, and it took me just over 2 weeks to receive my ashes, which were thoughtfully packed along with a cute wooden plaque with my snake’s imprint on it and a certificate. the process was so smooth which really eased me, and i couldn’t recommend them enough.
the aquamation itself was done through peaceful pets aquamation, which is where moorpark vet does all of their aquamations, so i also absolutely recommend them as well.”

“My labradoodle had 12 puppies and we had the unfortunate event that they contracted Parvo. “Dr. Anderson and his staff are fantastic. I had a very sick Sulcata Tortoise. I called approximately 20+ veterinarians trying to get an immediate appointment but was unable to for at least 5 days out. I was very afraid my tortoise wouldn’t make it. Then I found Anza Animal Clinic. They were able to get him in very quickly. Needless to say my tortoise is on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Anderson and his staff.

“Not posting to help Dr. Mason she doesn’t need my review but for families. This is the vet we wished we found 7 years ago when we got our dog! She is amazing. She takes the time with you and addresses all your concerns. She is amazing with animals- our dog likes her and is skiddish with other vets. Shes more “low-interventionist” than high. She is affordable. She is natural minded! Will not shame you if you don’t want to vax or spay/neuter your animal. However, she is also very supportive of your treatment choices and will vax if that’s what you want or if you want to spay. She is highly supportive of a natural food/real food diet for your animal. I especially love that she will give you treatment options that are cost effective (often free) that you can do at home. She is the best vet I have ever had. My only “wish” is that she had urgent care or “emergency” hours or that you could get in quickly next day when needed. She is booked out 2-4 wks at a time and although they will book you when there are cancelations in a high need time, it just doesn’t happen. I forgot to mention she will also CALL you back and speak with you personally, on her OWN time. I forget the issue we had but it was prior to coming to her for the first time and she called to explain something to me. ? Extended hours?- well Dr. Mason needs to be able to spend time with her family too!! All in all I cannot say enough good things about this vet. If you are natural minded this is the place for you!! I found her when I was reading another review on ANOTHER Vets site which was bad and they said they went here and it was a world different to their bad experience with an emergency pet hospital (something with abscessed tooth on dog). Thank you to that person!!!!”

“What a gem of a facility with the kindest humans. I called looking to find somewhere that treats exotic reptiles, as we have an adorable leopard gecko who appears to be having an usual issue. Not knowing whether it was an emergency or not, I called hoping to find a place. Not only did I find the clinic, Noah, the gentleman who helped me over the phone, was the kindest, calmest, collected, informative human I've encountered in a long time. She truly cares about the animals that she works with; putting extra care and effort to do what's best for the animal and the owner... when my once in a lifetime dog was said to be beyond help... She saved him... And when that time came for him to pass... She was very gentle and compassionate and caring for both me And my dog. My new dog is a Queensland heeler with a very different personality... She handles him without issue... and that's saying something;)”
