I'ma give 2 stars because I got the money... I don't have an account at Wells Fargo or anywhere,don't like banks, my job banks at Wells Fargo and I've been cashing checks there for a good ten years, lately the bank tellers been acting like I'm about to rob them or made a fake check, it's weird, also do I only need 1 of my 2 forms of id to have an expiration date on it?

I am able to get better service from the ATM or online than employees. They could not answer any of my questions and told me they couldn’t help me roll over my CD. Turns out I was able to do more over the phone and just closed the CD and got a much better rate at another bank. Happy ending for me.

The employees working here are friendly professional people. I have been banking here for years and have never had any issues with the branch and it’s employees . Lines do get long at times, but that’s with every bank at certain times of the month. I do recommend they get newer ATMs that give different denominations bills; as a small business owner I sometimes need ones and fives, and I can save time by skipping the line. I also like the fact they are inside a Vons, the ATMs are well lit and in a public area where you can feel safe making deposits or getting cash late at night.

Great bank. Never have problems with them. If I have a dispute they handle it. Always clean employees are knowledgeable and happy. Masks are required and they have hand sanitizer for your use. Wheelchair friendly and clean. Love my bank keep up the good work.

Want a place that will take you in. Make an account then cancel it for no reason then make your account negative 200 dollars so you call customer service for the next hour trying to figure things out with automated calls and people who really don’t care about your situation. Even got a fake “hello hello I can’t hear you, please call back at blahblahblah “ called again and same thing over again. Meaning that’s his voicemail to not even do his own job and throw it to another person. WONDER WHY YOU GUYS GET SUED EVERY YEAR FOR THINGS LIKE THIS!
