The guy with one arm gave me the worst attitude for no reason and I came with no bad vibes just pure smiles and I tried to redeem a coupon for a item and I only asked to be directed but he had no interest in helping the only person that came to help was the nice man bagging the groceries.

This Vons is very clean and neat! I always find everything I’m looking for! The only concern I have is one of the supervisors named Tiffany is extremely rude. I went in there asking a question and not only did I feel belittled but she had an extreme attitude that I couldn’t believe was happening considering the fact that I’m a friendly person and I also work with the public for the county. I did mention it to another worker and that’s when she mentioned that she was one of the supervisors. If there had been a manager at the moment, I would’ve brought it to their attention however she really is not fit to be considered a supervisor, considered a customer service worker!

I went to Vons with my grandmother today and we got the Gatorade that’s on sale. We went through self checkout. The sale price didn’t come off. Tiffany took the time to help us download the app and get us the deals. She was very nice and patient.

Only reason I’m giving one star is because they have good offers now and then. I usually shop here because I like their offers like I mentioned before but every time I shop they don’t give me the advertised discounts. Every time I come to the store they pull me to the side like if I was a criminal, and make me wait and re scan everything all over again, they toss my food when I literally hate my food getting smashed! They don’t care about customers and they literally make you feel like your money don’t matter. The cashiers are always joking around with management they seem to be more interested in that than helping customers. I went today and told Tiffany the supervisor I have problems with my account and she gave me the worst attitude, made me feel like I was stealing from them and wasting their time just because I asked her to give me the advertised price. She was mad doing my transaction the whole time, tossing my food and just in general this store could care less about this review as well. I’m sure they will read it and just laugh it off! so yeah, I think customers money is too little for vons management they can discard of customers as they please just remember Albertsons stores went down so can you .

I don't know what is going on with Vons . . But the price of everything keeps going up and the store looks un organized and they are out of a Lot of stuff all the time. I have been shopping at this Vons store for six years and now I'm going to other stores. . Ralph's and WinCo and I'm getting more for less money and hassle of not having what I want in the store

I just went into this location. Everyone is friendly, and the store is clean. There is a large selection of items. My cashier was Rosa and she was so kind and had a welcoming smile on her face. I did not get the name of the gentleman that was bagging my groceries… he was kind. I will definitely be back to this Vons. Keep up the good work team. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Fried Chicken, On a Friday, I called to see if Vons had fried chicken (this fried chicken is so good). They said yes, I jump in my car to go pick some up. The only have two ovens that make fried chicken, on Fridays both are used for only dark meat at $5. I was upset, I wanted full fried chicken (2 wings, 2 breasts, etc). Vons service manager apologized offered a $10 GC for inconvenience. So today I call, ask if they have 8 piece mix fried chicken available, the deli associate says yes, I hop in my car get there lickety split. Walk up to the counter where there is nothing available. Associate states he thought there was some. I ask for a manager, wait 12 minutes one shows up. Explain my story, she apologized says next batch be ready in 5 minutes. I will receive one free. I explained thank you but I needed two, I will pay for the second 8pc. Did my shopping, received two bags, get home make side dishes, we are ready so sink into thieve bags of mix 8 piece fried chicken. Guess what was in the bags? All freaking dark meat!!!
