Sorry- but this branch has been REPEATEDLY problematic. Whoever is hiring the staff here needs to be fired. The customer service here is 50/50 & you never know what you are going to get. Some people are VERY nice- some people are just rotten, unhelpful humans. I've had several parcels delivered to the wrong address & the package never tracked. This is a big loss when you are ordering from a mom & pop's small business or etsy or ebay. Not everyone is an amazon customer! Is it theft? Is it carelessness? Idk bc it's happened REPEATEDLY to many, many people in our community. I've never complained about it before but it just hasn't changed over the years. Then, on top of that, receiving an attitude at the window in-person. It's just bad. I did notice the pretty lighting fixtures in the lobby bc i was standing in line forever.

I have had a PO Box here for about two years. These people perform an amazing amount of work with a minimal staff. I have received nothing but great service here and recommend this Post Office over any other I have worked with before.

Pretty much every time an Amazon order has to come in via USPS, they "run into an issue" and don't deliver it on time. I've gotten multiple messages saying "delivery attempted but no response" and show absolutely nobody coming near my house or much less attempting to deliver anything on my camera. I've filled out a release form that they can just leave it, I spoke to the manager and employees multiple times about it, it's useless. It's an incompetent bunch. I'm sure they have a lot to do and overworked, and I understand a one off, but this is happening REGULARLY! Fix it!

nice staff! been here a few times and they are always very helpful. For the people saying they are rude, cut them some slack. they work all day and don't always deal with the nicest customers.

The employees here are rude, flippant, and have no interest in customer service. Hopefully you don't get packages lost because they'll just laugh at you and say something like "Sucks bro, sorry, I guess.. lol" Must be lame to not be a d**k and work here because of the branches reputation. It's insane how so many businesses have tossed customer service out the window the last couple years.

I went there to get a bigger box to deliver not my first doing this, I asked she was being rude about about. Told me that I have to pay for the box or I can get one from the stand. She was just plain rude I felt like my service was refused.

If I could rate this post office with zero stars I would. I have a small business in Santa Paula and the service here is so bad that I refuse to drop packages here ever again. The employees are zero help, the supervisor has zero customer service skills and the post master is useless. This location also has not followed COVID-19 rules. I've encountered employees and customers without masks on too many occasions. Go to any other post office. This place is horrible.

If you want your mail to be lost they got you!If my package doesn’t fit in the mail box because it’s too big why are you going to try to deliver it again the next day and keep me from picking it up like it’s going to shrink or something!?

Dropped off my mail so if could be sent out that day mail was not sent out at all it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing. Worse part is now their is a late payment on both bills. And they have no idea where my mail went?

I wish I could give 0 stars, rude, unorganized, I had to FIGHT tooth and nail to get my package, I have NEVER in my life dealt with such incompetence. Took over a week to get my sons diapers, they literally gave me the run around everyday claiming to deliver it. Then they told me it was delivered even though I have cameras and knew it hadn't been. Explained to the postmaster that I would bring over the video to show her, she told me there was no need, that she believes her employees and believes it was delivered. I then asked for her supervisors number as I was so upset that they were not only not believing me but unwilling to even look into it without already having a bias opinion, I was spoken to as if I was a great annoyance and just a problem for them. she refused to give me her supervisors information and told me go ahead and call the 800 number and said goodbye. A few minutes later I get a callback from her with a completely different tone because they realized my diapers had been at their "main"office this entire time and I was correct they were never delivered. What did get for everything they put me through... "I'm sorry this got so out of hand". can't even put into words how absolutely rude, condescending and unprofessional they were. you can call Amazon and have it put on your account that you would preferred to have any other carrier besides US PS deliver your packages, I strongly recommend you do this, as this post office cannot be trusted, only care about their code of protecting one another and not their customers. extremely disappointed as I am a lifetime resident here in Santa paula and enjoy doing any kind of business in town I can help.

I live in a mobile home park in Santa Paula. New gas and electric meters are being installed by construction companies. they have blocked my mailbox several times. however the mailman has refused to leave mail...leaving it in clubhouse where everyone has access to it. This is Thursday, a friend called and told me my mail was there at the clubhouse. no mail all this week! the guy wont get out of his cart to walk a few feet to the door.
