Juanita & Bryan have been extremely helpful during the entire home buying experience. From getting prequalified to closing escrow this year, they’ve been there to answer all questions and concerns that came up during this journey. We are blessed to have met them and that they accepted to be our lender & realtor. These two provide exceptional customer service and make you feel like you’re part of their family. Back in 2016 when my husband and I were trying to purchase our first home I went with Juanita to check my options. Since my parents had a great experience with her a few years back. Well let me tell you, my husband was in the military during that time and she gave very minimal opportunities. She basically told me that we qualify for basically nothing. She talked a lot about her daughter and son in law (also in the military) how they bought a house for x amount. We were confused and dumbfounded, specially since we had good credit scores and money save. After her appointment we contacted another lender services and they helped so much more. We qualified for a good amount to buy our first home. I felt like Juanita didn’t give us the greatest customers service because we were a young couple and kinda compared us with her own daughter. We felt very limited with her options. Best thing we did is get another opinion other than hers.

Juanita & the Triple C mortgage provided excellent service. When it was time to buy our home, they were there for every step & thoroughly explained everything that we were doing. I couldn’t of asked for a better realtor.

Juanita was extremily helpful in prequalifying me, not once, but several times. This was due to the fact that I was beat on the price of several homes. So my realter (Walter Trujillo) contacted Juanita to prequalify me again and again, until I bought my home. Muchas gracias Juanita.
