Lupita and Ernie are the most pleasant and knowledgeable of all the people I've seen I've had storage there for 10 years.they keep the place spotless .I hope the owner knows he has 2 great people.

After a difficult famiyl tragedy, i had to relocate many of my prized family heirlooms and irreplaceable things that can never be repaced like everyone i had trouble paying duecto the pandemic but that's not where it ends, later i am only given 3 days to move out of that unit with what amounts to furnutrire, also waw unable to colleft it all before beign locked out. Later they sold my precious belongings and possibly important documents containing my records from social security and more important perosnal information. The management of this place is run by the less trust worthy and most temperamental. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs and to ieep your belongings safe and to remember to ask for a bill of sale or a chance to have access before they auctiin your possessions when you fall behind. The funny part is i had the money to pay them upfront and the manager just screamed at me to get the hell out and i was taking up valuable space for actual customers and not trash like you.

I have been using storage units at this Santa Paula place for years and the prices are reasonable and the people who work here have been consistently friendly, helpful, professional. Like many people I wish I didn't have far too much stuff and would love to not have to use a storage facility, but this one has made my experience altogether pleasant and easy. I have always felt totally secure that my possessions are in a safe and accessible place. I did notice the very bad review that someone left which I find very strange. I cannot imagine what happened to cause them to feel so badly about this place. It certainly isn't typical of what I've seen over many years.

All of these great reviews makes me wonder why my experience was so terrible. The girl in the front was superficial and judgemental. The fact that I am a girl in a storage place was a problem to her for some weird reason. She told a random guy that this probably isn't the best storage place for us even though we literally just got off the truck. She said it just isn't a good look. The fact that you had to look good enough to her standards to drop stuff off in our storage wasn't mentioned when we purchased it. I can't believe how this narcissistic person thought she could make us feel inferior to her. ???
