Not happy with the way they left my car. Looks like they only did one coat of paint. It doesn’t look shiny, it looks dull on the side that I had my repair done. My tires were bought from the dealer and were smoked out (almost black, but not black) they put 2 chrome rims, to replace the 2 damaged, but it didn’t match so they smoked them out, leaving them black, but they have little dust bubbles, like they painted over dusty rims. Very nice employees, but I wouldn’t go back.

I have nothing to complain about their work its excellent.problem is they said they would have it in 16 day took over a month \\u0026 made it really hard to for my insurance to pay them.

I came to SP collision center with the expectation of paying a fortune and leaving my car for a week or so. Mike greeted me with excellent customer service. A 100%+ experience with this company. The manager Steve was excellent as was his staff. He helped orchestrate a rental car through my insurance. And the work done, which included removing the under-roof lining and repairing the dent at the rear of the roof and repainting, was EXCELLENT. Would never know anything was repaired or broken on this newer vehicle. Was a completely pleasant experience at the end of a very frustrating incident I had encountered. I was involved in a hit and run and my rear bumper was scratched and cracked. Steven was a great help from the moment i walked in. There was great communication and overall great service. The repair was quick and they even cleaned my car inside and out and filled my tires. I definitely recommend this place!

Truck what hit on the side door and front and rear fender, newer vehicle so wanted it to look perfect. They did a awesome job on the truck looks better than new. Couldn't be happier with the results recommending all my friends they also have an alignment machine right in the shop so, they hooked me up on an alignment later.

Mike and his team are the best. They handled everything with my insurance company and got my repair done in a timely manner. The paint was an exact match and everything was on perfectly straight. I will definitely be using Santa Paula Collision for all of my repair needs in the future.

Mike Magee and his staff did a fast, amazing job of repairing my van. I had to have it repainted on the top. It was scrapped off at an automatic car wash. They even replace a light bulb for me! I will absolutely recommend them to whomever needs their vehicle repaired!
