They are the most friendly and caring people. I have adopted 2 pups from them and they are both healthy happy pups. They genuinely care for these dogs and kitties. The staff is extremely kind and care a lot about the animals they rescue.

Submitted an application for a rescue cat at their facility and were told we were a perfect match and the center would call us as soon as the final vaccinations were completed. We waited a month after adoption was meant to be completed. We called 2 times to learn what was going on with the rescue cat and got dismissive answers and were told the center was not allowed to share medical information about the cat with "pre-adoptive families".(We have never heard of this practice. Any wise adopter will ask wellbeing questions and known history before assuming full responsibility for a pet.) After hearing we were the prime family, we have put adoption of a rescue kitty on hold as everyone in our family fell in love with him at the center. We still have not received a return call. Very disappointed.

They employ convicted child abusers. I halve had horrible experiences when having to deal with them. They are rude, unprofessional, and should not be allowed to care for any kind of animals.

I came looking for my lost cat and made me sign a form to “potentially adopt”. I just wanted to see if my cat was there. I didn’t feel welcome at all by the lady who showed us the cats. She didn’t show us around the cats properly and the interaction I had with her was unpleasant. Never coming here to adopt a cat.

Tried to adopt a dog and was told by appointment only. Went and dog was given away already, they didn't bother to notify me. I went to LA County shelter for meet and greet and was given the dog on the spot. No hassle.

Had two really disappointing experiences. Second time here within 1 month of eachother. only because I was referred here by my nieces that adopted 2 kittens a few months ago. I was really hopeful on finding some kittens for my kiddos but the lady that shows you the kittens seems to not want anyone to adopt . She asks what we're looking for so I respond , short haired to avoid too much shedding. I did my research before coming in so I know there's breeds that fall in that category. Her response to us was that all cats shed (with an attitude and shrugs) . That was last month when I came in with my kids. We received the same response when we came in today . Brought my nieces with me to see if there were any kittens we liked. The same woman helped us today. I guess she's the one assigned to show the cats here . She's the older woman with glasses and pink hair .

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They really care about the animals and want to make a good match for them. The animals are clean and seem happy.
