From my first call, to my car drop off, Charles was friendly, responsive, and patient. It was nice that I could speak directly to the person towing my car, whereas other businesses have a receptionist acting as a messenger. This made the process simple and stress-free. Thank you for your help!

Trying to leave work at 3 am only to realize my car was malfunctioning and would not travel more that 15 mph. I called tesla to arrange for a tow home. After arguing with them for about an hour and a half they finally agreed to tow me home. I don’t know how many companies they tried to get to tow me that accepted just to for them cancel minutes later. Thankfully tesla reached out to Romero brothers and I was originally told it would be about a 45 minute ETA for the truck to be In route. Charlie called minutes after I got off the phone with tesla saying he was 5 minutes away! He hooked up my car made sure I had a spot to ride with him home in his cabin and got me home quick and it wasn’t one of those awkward silent rides. 100% the politest truck drivers I’ve encountered, yet. Will definitely be my go to from now on.Services: Special vehicle towing

Earlier this week I needed to move my out of service car to my new address, I called around to get the best price. Romero Bros where the most affordable people in Santa Paula by far. When the driver arrived he was very professional. Glad I went with Romero Bros!
