Rarely has appointments available, walk in times exceedingly long, but system indicates waits shouldn't be long. I'm giving a bad review so that corporate will adequately staff this location.

This is a horrible place ever. We are non appointment check-in. The check-in machine estimated waiting time is 30-60 mins. They let us wait >3 hours. When I ask them they say don’t rely on that machine. So what the hell they put that machine there. After my complaining they still keep us wait even they know my daughter needs to go back to school. Then they serve for a woman in 2nd place on standby list and keep let us waiting even we in 1st place on standby list. The worst thing ever is when I tried to talk to them even with the supervisor. They are all team up together to cover each other and don’t even to say a sorry. My daughter is 14 years old and she learns a lot how these heartless people working here for a medical services. If the owner see this post please talking to your supervisor and all your workers today 12/04/2023 from 8:00am to 11:40am. I post this with a business card that your worker give us to call their best ever supervisor. One star is too much that google gives you guys.An advise for people whose non-appointment that try to get services from this place is take every single photo from time you come in and a standby list showing your name and people are on the list with you. Because when you talk to their supervisor that lady will ask you a proof that you were there and people who on the waiting list with you at that time. That is sound funny but that the way they cover up each other.

This place is a nightmare, I will drive to ventura instead. The wait time for walk-in is ridiculous. Over 2.5 hours!! And employees are rude and unprofessional!!

This is one of the smallest busiest quest labs in the county however, the ladies in the lab continue to be professional courteous to customers that are not always kind to them, these ladies switch from Spanish to English in less than 10 seconds while meeting the tight 10 minute deadline. I truly appreciate all of the lab tech at this office because I never leave bruised, one or two pokes and I'm out.

Made an appointment for the afternoon, and check-in was super easy through the link sent by text. Wait time wasn't too long. They were very gentle and thoughtful for my little one getting her blood drawn for the first time.

This will be 1st review ever i wish i can give them a 0 star stay away from this place drive the 10 minutes to the quest in ventura off of telegraph rd i waited 3 hours to be seen sat in the santa paula lobby and then my name was no longer on the board the lady was extremely rude to everybody who had a question not just me horrible staff horrible customer service!!!! She didnt understand why my name got off the list but told me to come back another day You guys can do better!!!

My 4 year old broke out in full body hives…over 70 percent of her body so we rushed home from Disneyland because local urgent cares we’re turning us away because insurance was out of town.(which we never heard of) all to get to Quest and they said we were 4 mins to late. Like really!!!! They close at 3 we got there at 2:44… who turns away a child for 4 mins especially in her condition.

If you want them to miss half of your orders, then come to this lab?And by the way your stupid customer service is the same. no one will answer the phone there neither.No the fist time blood work are missed, this is NOT a one time mistake, this is incompetence, and negligence!!!!

I thought bruising was normal but the lady here was gentle and fast I don't even have a mark I was in an out pretty quick there is early morning appointments when it's not busy to avoid waiting

I needed to talk to a live person about the appointment to make sure I'm being tested on what the doctor has ordered. I needed to find out if the order was the same that I signed up for. But, there is no way to speak to anyone at this location. Not good.

Usually our experience here is great, how ever today seemed to be a different person. It seemed like the lab tech was over stressed she came into the waiting room yelling for the people to sit down and those that were not having blood drawn to go outside. She was just a grouch We are adults with rights. Inside the waiting room there is a sign hanging up taking about showing kindness. She really needs to learn how to talk to people. She could have just been kind.

The back end staff are great, but the check in guy was very unprofessional and had no problem arguing with the patients. He needs to comprehend how to provide customer service and have empathy towards the people he is providing a service too.
