“I have had a PO Box here for about two years. These people perform an amazing amount of work with a minimal staff. I have received nothing but great service here and recommend this Post Office over any other I have worked with before.”

“I am a constant shipper at this small post office on Citrus Dr. Sometimes I make two visits in one day - from Santa Paula. I have watched the US postal worker(s) at Citrus show what I would call extreme patience with everyone. Even those who take five minutes to see if there is a particular special collectors stamp for them to buy - then buy nothing - while we all roll our eyes. Some come in acting helpless and place a pile of packaging and stuffing on the counter and expect him or her to pack it which they do within limits and with extreme patience and courtesy. They really do "nice" and with no backup if the line gets 10 long and their hour lunch break is 10 minutes away. For every negative comment one sees there are likely 1000-2000 of us quite satisfied with the postal workers and service here and look forward to seeing the person behind the counter. Keep in mind also "Yelp uses an algorithm to remove... reviews that seem too good to be true."”

“Clean, decent pace, lots of parking, nice location. Self kiosk which is what i use all the time & theres 2 of them available for use. I don’t usually deal with the staff since i use the self kiosk for most of my stuff. But im sure they are easy & friendly. Ive seen their friendly faces around (walking by me while im there). This is my go to post office. Over the one near me. ♥️”

“Only 2 people are working in this office and they are busy. They are doing the best they can, so be patient. Just bring a book! Here’s what you can do to make it as seamless as possible:- Make an appointment online- Fill out the application at home and print it (use black ink, don’t use wife or husband as emergency contact as they are ones likely traveling with you)Fee can’t be paid with a credit card! Pay cash, check, or debit!Even with an appointment it takes about an hour, it might be better if you have an appointment before lunch. What messes up the appointments and timing is the lunch break where one of them has to do everything. (It would be better if they closed the office for lunch.) But they are nice, fast, and efficient - so just be patient and kind.It took about an hour for me. Mostly waiting around. Had some nice chats with other people there.”
