Every time I've come in all employees are rude and lazy. Worst customer service at this location. Not friendly at all. Don't be fooled by the 4 star review because the earliest review was 4 years ago. It would be nice to have a good experience here. Especially since you come in sick. I highly recommend that everyone at this location get customer service training.

I love the little hole in the wall pharmacy's and Palm Pharmacy is no exception. They staff is great, prices too. There automated refills is a big help.

This pharmacy should be a model for other pharmacies to strive for. They not only offer excellent service, but really treat you with care and compassion. You won't find long lines here, but you will receive your prescriptions quickly and efficiently. My only regret is It took me so long to find them!

Just had my brother discharged from the hospital. They recommended this place to send his prescription. Called at 3:30 to see if all his medication was ready, they said they need approval from their director and they would give us a call. Called back at 5:53pm to check and still not ready. I asked about picking up how insulin and she gave attitude saying they close at 6 and asked why we never came earlier. I explained that someone said they'd call and she just gave attitude and hang up. First time using them and definitely the last. Obvi just money hungry and not realizing this is someone's life that's dependent on the insulin. Very disrespectful and rude.

This place is what I come to think of when I think old school pharmacy where the pharmacist actually cares about you! I'm amazed that he knows me by name. This pharmacist always asks if I need anything. ALWAYS. He actually saved me from high blood sugars! He identified that I shouldn't be taking Claritin-D because it raises sugar levels. Since discovering that my sugars have been in an even better range than I'm used to. This gpharmacy gives you personalized service. The pharmacist working cares about his clients. Even though they're not open as frequently as others, I'm happy to work around their hours to support a business that truly cares about its patients.

This Pharmacy is AWESOME!!!! Better then any I've ever been to and the staff is so empathetic, informative and so friendly and nice, at first I thought it wouldn't last.... but it has!!! And they took care of transferring all my Rx's over and they call me or text when I'm going to be out of something!!! I was begging to lose all faith in costumer service but the owner and staff at Palm Pharmacy have renewed that faith!!!! I can not say enough good things about Palm Pharmacy in Santa Paula, CA!!! Thank you to all the Staff!!!
