“This is one of the smallest busiest quest labs in the county however, the ladies in the lab continue to be professional courteous to customers that are not always kind to them, these ladies switch from Spanish to English in less than 10 seconds while meeting the tight 10 minute deadline. I truly appreciate all of the lab tech at this office because I never leave bruised, one or two pokes and I'm out.”

“AMAZING job by Jessica! Seriously - that was the smoothest draw I've ever had, and I find myself in awe of how quickly, efficiently, and non-invasively she does her work!*Thank* you for making my day great, and for setting a standard of comfort that I can't help but judge any future draws by. You ROCK.”

“Making appointment online and checking in was a breeze. I waited maybe less than 5 minutes before being called back. The care was excellent, personable, and fast. Great experience.”

“They are so nice and helpful at this location! It is also smaller and not as busy as some of the other ones. I have also found it easier to get an appointment here.”

“Mercy did my blood draw this morning and experience could not have been more perfect! I do not have veins that are good for blood draws but she got it on the first go. Was in and out even before my scheduled time. This actually is the only facility I will go for blood draws since moving to Camarillo three years ago. They are very efficient and polite.”

“Wish I met the ICU team in different circumstances. Family was in intensive care over the weekend. And granted, I'm a HCW and know what and which questions to ask. They were also so empathetic with my other family members-- who does not speak medical jargon. It's hard being on the other side of the coin and playing medical Bureaucratic chess, yes we know the system is broken. I was ready guns blazing to ask tests and questions. Dr So is an amazing intensivist, met me halfway with treatment plan, was open to recommendations and conversations with my family. Dr Kirk was also great and didn't sugarcoat the process. Dr Madjid, never saw a cards so cheerful. The nurses (Sylvia & Veronika) took great care of my mom and not once did I feel like I was bugging them for mid-night (literally) status update or transfer update the next day. I know everyone's burnt dry from the pandy and overall stress of HC but it's comforting to know that some MDs and RNs still care. He even told my non medical field family "this is what I would do for my family" One star off bc no coffee around the clock anywhere in the hospital after 1PM :'( Los Robles, is another story, for another review---------”

“I had a great experience. The lab is on the small side, but they are not too crowded due to only taking appointments and not walk-ins. So...make an appointment! The waiting room had 3 chairs spaced apart, you also have the option to wait in your car, if you wish. The sign-in kiosk at front had some issues with working properly, but it finally worked. I did wish they had some sanitizer next to it because of how many people touch it all day, but they didn't. My appointment was 9:30, but they took me back at about 9:20, since I got there early. Nicole was my phlebotomist, and she was excellent. Very kind, gentle and patient. I explained to her I get a little (okay, A LOT) "needle nervous," and can faint. So, she got the bed ready for me so I could lay down and talked to me the entire time to help me remain calm. I understand this takes more time and isn't as convenient for her, but it was better for me, I didn't even get woozy! I appreciated it, and Nicole, very much. She never made me feel like I was a problem.”
