I was passing through santa Paula when my speakers blew out I didn't know why my radio was going off and on when i would turn it load I yelped the closest car audio shop and this one came up I quickly went over and they found the blown speakers and replaced them fast and got me back on the road and they were very friendly.

There’s a lot of things I’ve purchased & had installed from JBT Car Audio…A navigation head unit in both my C6 Corvette & 2005 Tacoma, amps in both, speakers upgraded, subwoofers, 2 dashcams with the wiring completely hidden, LED headlights in my wife’s Volvo, LEDS in my 05 Tacoma as well as a light bar custom installed & wired, recently a full window tint on my 2022 Tacoma crew cab. Extremely knowledgeable, excellent products on hand & well priced, quality installations. Generally they accommodate you immediately. Never any problems! I expect quality & they always deliver!! Very highly recommended !!!

Had problem with people who installed radio in my BMW as it had static, audio/ tint lab said it was fine but for $2,000. I wanted it done right so took my mechanic at Mag Auto repair advice and JBT auto sound on main in Santa Paula rewired and fixed problem in couple hours and was so friendly and knowledgeable I recommend just going to JBT first to get it done right! Wanted to get a new stereo installed, guy calls me 3 hours later just to tell me “there’s a missing cable.” Took my stereo to another shop and they got it installed in 1.5 hours! Thanks for wasting my time.

Trash customer service. They give you false expectations for wait times. Lie to you about missing parts because they aren't able to do a job.

Paid a visit to JBT after getting recommended to check them out for sound proofing. Pepe treats his customers well and gives good insight to fulfill the customers' goals. I had a stereo installed on my 2005 Prius that was giving the team problems, but he managed to successfully install everything quickly and at a great price. Would definitely recommend shopping around if you're in the area.
