“I left a review several months ago about an employee Jose and how he was rude and not helpful. I haven't seen him there in a while. I do need to say the customer service has improved. There is an employee there named Sandy who went above and beyond. I had a large order and she was incredible!!! Sandy gathered smaller boxes for me since I had a small car. Sandy bagged and boxed my items, put them on a cart and brought them out to my car. Sandy even put them in my car! I was so impressed with Sandy's customer service. She was so kind, friendly and professional, and had a smile on her face the entire time!!! Sandy may have changed my mind about this store, plus the fact the store was pretty well stocked. Thank you Sandy for making my day!”

“I shop here often for household items like rugs and kitchen towels. Their spice prices are good too. Sometimes, they carry a ginger beer I like, but it is hit and miss what will be in stock, and sometimes, like my last visit, there are lots of empty shelves. Service is always friendly. A large selection of furniture, plus detergent, pet stuff, clothing, and seasonal items, fills the large store.”
