Went in to chase the associate at the counter Karla was extremely helpful made my visit a quick in and out experience to continue my work day. Definitely worth the drive to this branch anytime.

Opened a new checking account. Deposited my first check. Didn't know the bank would hold my check for 7 business days. I wasn't told this would happen so this sucks unfortunately. But I'll be okay. Just feel bad for people that would need this money.

Once again, went to deposit money at the atm, and again it's out of order and a line at the ATM inside.. please add more atms!arms!! It's getting ridiculous

Went into this bank to cash a payroll check drafted on this bank. Check was not large by any account, I have a bank account in Ventura but was try to not have to drive there because of the pandemic and at my wife insistence stoped at this bank to do transaction. Well this bank won't even cash it's own checks and the branch manager Armando was quite rudd with a smile. I wonder if Chase bank knows how condescending and of an individual that he is. I felt very insulted and went back to the owner of this multi-million dollar company and let him know about my experience.and based on this experience, I would never do business with Chase Bank. Quite frankly I'll never set foot in another Chase bank again based on my experience. But just let that sink in, they wouldn't even cash a check drafted on their Bank ! wish I had recorded the transaction so I could have posted on social media, this Armando should not be a branch manager he should be at best to teller. what a terrible utilization of help.Ended up driving to MY bank Ventura county schools credit union where they gladly cashed it, what a concept

The worst service. The ATM is always down and when I waited through the line because my debit card expired and I never received a new one, I was told that the line was too long and I could not be helped today. Thanks for nothing Santa Paula Chase
