“Store was neat, clean and all the staff acknowledged me when I walked in.
Sal, the manager, was great! I called ahead of time, asked if battery I needed was in stock. Yep! (Was happy bc 3 other places did not have it, including the Ford dealership.) Sal tested battery, confirmed it needed replacement and personally did it. Can't say enough about the efficiency, professionalism and customer service here.”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Batteres Plus location. I was visiting from outside of the country and I could not find the torx size I needed for my laptop. I was able to get some help from Christian whom went out of his way to support me. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. He truly went above and beyond and he should be acknowlegded for that.”
“Went in with my car that is very difficult to have anything done on unless it's at the dealership itself met Brandon who was able to assist me and install some of the parts I needed however my car is always difficult and we had to order a part he was able to have it there by that evening the next day I went in and met the manager angel who was going to have to refer me to the dealership but then came up with an idea to fix the problem great customer service we'll go back thank you both as we do not have a dealership in 805 Sincerely. “Decent place. Depends who you talk to behind the counter. Never order parts and have them shipped to your house. Have them shipped to the store so you can inspect every part before accepting the parts. I got warped and rusted brake rotors from them before.”
