Go to another AutoZone this one has gone down hill from getting the parts to help from someone at the counter not knowledgeable about cars parts or even the store the last year it's gone down hill bad I don't even go to this store anymore

So I went here to return a battery that I never got to use because the problem I had with my car had nothing to do with the battery and I just freaked out and went and purchase a battery. When I tried to return it the “manager” was there, some girl that said I couldn’t return it, when I asked her the reason she said you only have two weeks to return, I said it’s only been a week to which she gave me the most horrible attitude. I asked her to give me my money back and the she said I don’t have to give you your money back if I don’t want to,I am the manager here, I then said being the manager doesn’t mean you get to keep my money so give me my money back! Finally, she did but with an ugly face,; so why take things so far?? Autozone needs to really train his management team to handle situations and to answer in a proper way, every time I’m here the team seems to be bother about customers.

They are very efficient in their work and attentive to what the client occupies and is recommended for communions and they are very friendly and explain well to your comments.

I walked into the Santa Paula AutoZone a few days ago to buy a new car battery. It died on me and was on its last legs but thankfully I was able to get a jump start to make it to the store. It was an emergency, and I needed it changed immediately or else I wouldn’t have been able to make it back home. The store manager Adrian got me the right battery for my car and changed it for me himself. I was in an emergency situation and he went out of his way to help me. I don’t know what I would have done otherwise. I’m extremely grateful to Adrian for his help, and thank you AutoZone having such a great customer service that goes above and beyond.

I walked in to AutoZone a couple months back . I had a knocking noise coming from the engine and I don't even live in Santa Paula I live in Camarillo. I wasn't too sure if I'd make it home, the manager Adrian helped diagnose my car ,helped me get the right oil filter and even loaned me a tool to get my oil filter out. He even went as far as showing me how to replace it and trusted me to use the tool without knowing me . If this isn't exceptional customer service, going above and beyond then I don't know what is . Because of AutoZone in Santa Paula and Adrian I made it back home safely otherwise I would've been stranded or possibly in a car accident so thank you Adrian !!!!!! And thank you autozone

great employees at this location. The lady behind the counter helped me fined what I was looking for. But the knowledge and know how of the manager is the best I’ve ever delt with at an autoparts store. Go out of your way to come here. I’ll drive from Ojai in the future just because of the service!
